Ordering Guide & Tips

The Fazoli’s menu is built on baked pastas and its Signature Garlic Breadsticks: a Baked Spaghetti costs $9.49, the Fresh-Tossed Family Meal that feeds four costs $23.99–$24.99, and the Lunch Special — two half portions, a small drink and breadsticks — costs $7.99. Fazoli’s publishes no prices on its own menu pages, so every price on this page comes from the chain’s official ordering menus, checked on October 26, 2026 at restaurants in Lexington, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana and Lubbock, Texas. Across all three, menu prices run from $0.50 to $29.99. Below is the full menu: 65 items in 11 categories, with the official calories Fazoli’s publishes for them.

How the Fazoli’s Menu Works

Fazoli’s is a fast-casual Italian counter restaurant, founded in 1988. Its official location directory lists 137 restaurants in 24 states. The menu has one center of gravity — pasta, most of it oven-baked — and one signature side that comes with almost everything: nearly every entrée, pizza, sub, salad and kids meal on the menu includes 2 Signature Garlic Breadsticks. The Family Meal and the whole pizzas include 8.

The full menu on this page is organised the way Fazoli’s organises it: Fan Favorites (the pasta core), the Family Meal, Breadsticks, Pizza, Signature Pastas, Samplers, Subs, Salads, Kids Meals, Drinks & Italian Ice, and Desserts. A handful of newer items — the lasagna rolls line, the small $3.99 pastas, the Lunch Special and Cheesy Bread — are sold through Fazoli’s ordering flow before they appear on the chain’s printed menu pages; they are filed with their menu families here and marked as ordering-flow items in their descriptions.

Is Fazoli’s a buffet? No. Fazoli’s is a counter-service restaurant: you order at the counter or the drive-thru and the food is made to order. It is not a buffet, and there is no buffet price.
Does Fazoli’s serve alcohol? No alcohol appears anywhere on the official menu or in the official ordering flow. The drinks menu is Pepsi fountain drinks, Lipton teas, lemonade, Italian ice, bottled water and chocolate milk.
Does Fazoli’s still exist?Yes. Fazoli’s, founded in 1988, operates 137 restaurants across 24 states, with the largest counts in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.

No Breakfast at Fazoli’s

Fazoli’s serves no breakfast. There is no breakfast menu, no breakfast item and no breakfast daypart at any location — restaurants open mid-morning (most at 10:30 or 11:00 AM) serving the regular lunch and dinner menu from the moment they open.

Pasta & Baked Dishes

Pasta is the core of this menu, and the baked line is its head. The single most-ordered dish in the ordering flow is the Baked Spaghetti ($9.49, 570 calories): spaghetti with marinara baked under mozzarella and provolone. The full baked line sits in Fan Favorites — Baked Spaghetti with Meatballs ($11.49), Baked Lasagna ($10.99), Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce ($9.49–$9.99), the two Spicy Baked Zitis with Chicken or Italian Sausage ($11.49 each, the menu’s heat), Loaded Baked Spaghetti ($11.99–$12.99, the heaviest pasta on the menu at 1,130 calories), Baked Chicken Broccoli Penne ($11.99) and Baked Chicken Parmigiano ($11.99).

The unbaked classics share the same category: Spaghetti with Marinara ($8.49, 490 calories — the lightest pasta entrée on the menu), Spaghetti with Meat Sauce ($8.99), Spaghetti with Meatballs ($10.49–$10.99), Fettuccine Alfredo ($9.99) and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo ($11.49–$11.99). Signature Pastas holds the three premium builds — Chicken Carbonara ($11.49–$11.99), Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo ($12.49–$12.99) and the Baked Gluten-Friendly Chicken Pesto ($12.99) — plus the lasagna rolls line sold through the ordering flow: Classic Lasagna Rolls ($10.99), Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls ($12.99) and the Lasagna Roll & Fettuccine Alfredo Duo ($5.99).

The Samplers are the combination plates: the Classic Sampler ($9.99) plates Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna with Meat Sauce and Spaghetti with Marinara & Meatball; the Oven-Baked Classic Sampler ($11.99) bakes the same trio under cheese; the Ultimate Sampler ($10.99–$11.49) adds Penne with Meat Sauce as a fourth. There is no build-your-own pasta program — the builds are fixed, and customisation happens in the ordering flow through the Add a Meat and Add a Veggie extras (below, under Prices).

Does Fazoli’s have ravioli, tortellini or stuffed shells? No. None of the three is on the current official menu. The stuffed-pasta slot on this menu is the lasagna rolls line in the ordering flow.
What is the difference between the Classic Sampler and the Oven-Baked Classic Sampler? The same three dishes — Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, and Spaghetti with Marinara & Meatball. The Oven-Baked version ($11.99, 1,190 calories) is baked with mozzarella and provolone; the Classic ($9.99, 1,050 calories) is not.

Signature Garlic Breadsticks

The breadsticks are the chain’s signature entity, and the brand’s own words for them are “Signature, Unlimited Garlic Breadsticks” — that unlimited framing is the dine-in offer Fazoli’s advertises on its story and location pages. The per-item menu line is different and exact: entrées, pizzas, subs, salads and kids meals each include 2 Signature Garlic Breadsticks, and the Family Meal and whole pizzas include 8. Both statements are on this page the way the chain publishes them: unlimited is the dine-in framing, “includes 2” is what each menu item states.

Breadsticks are also sold on their own, in the Breadsticks category of the menu: 2 for $1.49 (260 calories), 6 for $3.99 (780 calories) and 12 for $6.99 (1,560 calories), with a plain 2-count without garlic butter also at $1.49. The dipping platform sits with them: 12 breadsticks with a Large Dipping Sauce for $8.99, a Large Dipping Sauce alone for $1.99, a Flight of Sauces for $1.29 and a single Side of Sauce for $0.50 — the cheapest item on the menu.

The bread platform’s newest item is Cheesy Bread: an Italian-style crust brushed with the signature garlic butter, topped with whole-milk mozzarella and provolone and a Parmesan spice blend. It launched on October 26, 2026 as a limited-time item, runs through January 18, 2027 at participating locations, and costs $3.99 for an individual portion and $14.99 for the full size. It is filed in the Breadsticks category of the menu on this page.

Are Fazoli’s breadsticks really unlimited? That is the chain’s own framing — “Signature, Unlimited Garlic Breadsticks” is the wording on its story and location pages, and it describes the dine-in offer. Separately, every entrée’s menu line guarantees 2 breadsticks included with the item (8 with the Family Meal and whole pizzas), and extra breadsticks are sold in 2, 6 and 12 counts.
How many calories are in Fazoli’s breadsticks?260 calories for 2, 780 for 6 and 1,560 for 12 — about 130 calories per breadstick. The 12-count with a large dipping sauce runs 1,670–1,940 calories depending on the sauce.

Listed on the Homepage, Not on the Menu

Four current products appear on the fazolis.com homepage with official calories but are given no category on the chain’s menu pages — and none of the four was on the ordering menu at any of the three restaurants checked for this page, so no official price is published for any of them and they are not in the priced menu above. They are: Traditional Wings (5 or 10 bone-in, 450/910 calories; Mild, Hot, Sweet Honey BBQ or Parmesan Garlic, with ranch or blue cheese), Boneless Wings (5 or 10, 370/740 calories, same flavours), Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks (650 calories; Signature Garlic Breadsticks topped with mozzarella and pepperoni, marinara for dipping) and Fried Mozzarella Bites (530/600 calories, with marinara or Alfredo dipping sauce). The ordering flow’s nearest relative is a differently named item, Mozzarella Bites ($4.99), listed at the Lexington restaurant checked only — it is in the Breadsticks category above, under its ordering name.

Pizza

Fazoli’s sells pizza in exactly two formats. The Double Slice is two slices on a garlic-buttered crust with Fazoli’s pizza sauce and the mozzarella–provolone blend: Cheese ($4.99, 630 calories) or Pepperoni ($4.99, 660 calories), each including 2 breadsticks. The Whole Pizza is the same build as a full pie with 8 breadsticks included: Cheese ($13.99, 2,520 calories) or Pepperoni ($13.99, 2,650 calories — the highest-calorie item on the menu). There are no other sizes, crusts or topping builds on the official menu.

Salads, Sides, Drinks & Desserts

The current salad line is two items deep. The Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad ($8.99–$9.49, 940 calories) is the entrée salad — Parmesan breaded chicken, bacon, pepperoni chips and breadstick croutons over lettuce with ranch. The House Side Salad ($3.29, 120–240 calories including dressing) is the side. There is no Caesar salad and no antipasto on the current menu — the older entrée salads are gone (see Items Not on the Current Menu, below).

Fountain drinks are Pepsi products — Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Dr Pepper, Starry, Mountain Dew, Sweet Tea and Unsweet Tea — at $2.49–$2.59 for a Small, $2.89 for a Medium and $3.29 for a Large, with Bottled Water at $2.29–$2.39 and Chocolate Milk at $1.49. The gallon format exists for groups: a Gallon of Lipton Sweet Tea, Lipton Unsweet Tea or Lemonade costs $10.00. The Italian Ice ($2.99) is listed on the menu pages as “Seasonal Rotating Flavors” and is sold in the ordering flow as Jolly Rancher Italian Ice in Lemon, Blue Raspberry or Watermelon.

Desserts are cheesecake-led: the New York Style with Strawberries ($4.49–$4.99, 540 calories) — a Cheesecake Factory Bakery cheesecake on a graham cracker crust with strawberry topping — and the ordering flow’s Caramel Apple Crunch Cheesecake ($4.49). Great American Cookies supplies the cookie case: a Fudge Brownie ($2.99) and a Chocolate Chip Cookie ($2.29), 360 calories each.

Kids Meals

The kids platform is two items. Pasta & Sauce is a kids spaghetti, penne or fettuccine with a choice of marinara, meat sauce or Alfredo, with 2 breadsticks and a kids drink included — 680–940 calories depending on the build, priced at $4.99 as the single Kids Meals entry in the ordering flow. The Pizza Slice kids meal is a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza with 2 breadsticks and a kids drink (570–790 calories); it is listed on the menu pages but does not appear in the ordering flow at the stores checked, so it carries no verified price here. Kids promotions — the kids-meal-Tuesday style offers that rotate through the chain — are covered under Deals, below, because Fazoli’s publishes them as offers, not as menu items.

Lunch Special & Specials

The Lunch Special costs $7.99 and is a pick-two build: choose two half portions from Spaghetti (Marinara or Meat Sauce), Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, a Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza Slice, or a House Side Salad. A small soft drink and 2 Signature Garlic Breadsticks are included, and the full build runs 160–1,080 calories. A Gluten-Friendly Rotini swap costs extra — $2.00 in Lexington and Indianapolis, $1.49 in Lubbock — and the Top-It additions (Roasted Chicken, Italian Sausage, Bacon, Meatballs, Parmesan Roasted Broccoli, Seasoned Mushrooms) and drink upgrades are priced per store. The ordering flow states no time window and no day restriction for the Lunch Special — it is listed as a standing item in the flow, and no lunch hours are published for it.

The rest of the value platform sits around it. The three Small pastas — Small Fettuccine with Alfredo, Small Spaghetti with Marinara and Small Spaghetti with Meat Sauce — are 6 oz portions with 2 breadsticks at $3.99 each (listed in Lexington and Indianapolis; not listed at the Lubbock store checked). The Lasagna Roll & Fettuccine Alfredo Duo is $5.99. For groups, the Summer Family Meal Bundle is $29.99 — the highest price on the menu — listed in Lexington and Indianapolis but not in Lubbock, alongside the standing Fresh-Tossed Family Meal at $23.99–$24.99.

When is the Fazoli’s Lunch Special available? The official ordering flow lists the $7.99 Lunch Special with no time window, no day restriction and no lunch hours attached. It appears as a regular ordering item at all three restaurants checked.
National Breadstick Day — Thursday, October 30, 2026, one day only. Guests who visit a participating Fazoli’s in costume receive six free breadsticks, no purchase necessary, in-store and through the drive-thru. This offer is dated and ends October 30, 2026.

Prices

Fazoli’s publishes no prices on its own menu pages — the prices on this page come from the chain’s official online ordering menus, checked on October 26, 2026 at three restaurants: Lexington, Kentucky; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Lubbock, Texas. Lexington and Indianapolis price every shared item identically. Lubbock differs on a named set of items, usually by $0.50 in one direction or the other: it charges more for Baked Ziti ($9.99), Spaghetti with Meatballs ($10.99), the Ultimate Sampler ($11.49), the Fresh-Tossed Family Meal ($24.99), all three subs, the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad ($9.49) and the strawberry cheesecake ($4.99), and less for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Carbonara, Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo, Loaded Baked Spaghetti, the Small Beverage and Bottled Water. Where the stores disagree, the menu on this page shows the range and the item’s description names each store’s price; where they agree, one price is shown.

The overall span is $0.50–$29.99: a Side of Sauce at the bottom, the Summer Family Meal Bundle at the top. Most pasta entrées sit between $8.49 and $12.99, whole pizzas are $13.99, and the Family Meal is $23.99–$24.99. Two extras in the ordering flow are priced as additions rather than items, so they are stated here instead of in the menu: Add a Meat — a side of bacon, chicken, breaded chicken, Italian sausage or meatballs — costs $2.00 in Lexington and Indianapolis and $2.50 in Lubbock, and Add a Veggie — garlic roasted mushrooms or Parmesan roasted broccoli — costs $1.50 at all three. Prices exclude tax and any delivery fees, and delivery apps price this menu separately.

Nutrition & Calories

The calories on this page are the figures printed beside each item on Fazoli’s official menu pages, checked October 26, 2026. Coverage is 48 of the 65 items: every item from the chain’s menu pages carries its official figure, while the ordering-flow items (the lasagna rolls, small pastas, Cheesy Bread, the gallon drinks and the bundle) have no published calories — Fazoli’s has not printed figures for them, and none are estimated here. The Lunch Special is the exception: the ordering flow publishes 160–1,080 calories for it, and that range is in the menu. The one menu-page item with no published figure is the Italian Ice.

The lightest full entrée on the menu is Spaghetti with Marinara at 490 calories; the House Side Salad (120–240, dressing included) and Bottled Water (0) are the lightest items overall. The Fresh-Tossed Family Meal’s published figure, 700–970 calories, is per serving, and the meal serves four. For fat, protein, carbohydrate and sodium figures, and for per-item detail beyond calories, Fazoli’s publishes one source only: the nutrition portal linked from fazolis.com/nutrition. Fazoli’s publishes no nutrition PDF and no static nutrition chart on its own site, and this page does not substitute third-party databases for the chain’s own figures.

Allergens & Dietary

Fazoli’s word is “Gluten-Friendly,” not gluten-free — and the distinction is the chain’s own. The one gluten-friendly pasta entrée on the current menu is the Baked Gluten-Friendly Chicken Pesto ($12.99, 1,040 calories): gluten-friendly rotini with Alfredo sauce and Italian-style diced chicken, baked with mozzarella and provolone and finished with a pesto drizzle. It carries the chain’s printed footnote, quoted here because it is the whole position: “While the ingredients in this dish are Gluten-Free, they are prepared in an environment where cross-contact will occur.” The Lunch Special also offers a gluten-friendly rotini swap for its pasta picks, at the extra charge stated above. No gluten-free breadstick, gluten-free pizza or other gluten-free entrée is published on the current menu, and Fazoli’s publishes no certified gluten-free menu. The standalone gluten-friendly rotini entrées sold in earlier years survive only inside the Pesto bake.

Per-item allergen information is published in exactly one place: the nutrition and allergen portal (operated for the chain by CertiStar MenuStar) embedded at fazolis.com/nutrition. There is no printed allergen chart on the chain’s menu pages, so this page prints no per-item allergen table either. The menu pages do carry a “(V) Vegan / (V) Vegeterian” [sic] legend at the head of every category; the per-item flags behind that legend are not published as text, so individual items are not labelled vegan or vegetarian here beyond what their own descriptions state. Ingredients lists for individual items are likewise published through the nutrition portal rather than on the menu pages.

Does Fazoli’s have a gluten-free menu?No certified gluten-free menu exists. Fazoli’s publishes one gluten-friendly entrée — the Baked Gluten-Friendly Chicken Pesto — plus a gluten-friendly rotini swap in the Lunch Special, and states on the dish itself that it is prepared where cross-contact will occur.
Does Fazoli’s have vegetarian options? The meatless builds on the menu are Spaghetti with Marinara, Fettuccine Alfredo, the cheese pizzas, the House Side Salad and the breadstick line. Fazoli’s prints a vegan/vegetarian legend on its menu pages but does not publish per-item dietary flags as text, so items are described here by their ingredients, not by a dietary label.

Deals, Coupons & Fazoli’s Rewards

Fazoli’s Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program, run in the app, online and in-store under terms effective September 29, 2025. Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases — tax and gift-card purchases do not earn — and the sign-up offer is $5 off an order of $15 or more, after email verification. Rewards are redeemed at fixed point tiers:

  • 15 points — 2 breadsticks
  • 25 points — small soft drink or chocolate chip cookie
  • 50 points — 6 breadsticks or a brownie
  • 75 points — double slice pizza
  • 100 points — Fettuccine Alfredo, Baked Spaghetti or Spaghetti
  • 125 points — Baked Lasagna, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo or any Sampler
  • 150 points — Chicken Carbonara or Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo
  • 200 points — Fresh-Tossed Family Meal or Baked Chicken Parmigiano
  • 600 points — $40 off catering

The program’s rules are printed plainly in its terms: points earned on or after March 14, 2023 expire five years after they are earned; a receipt must be scanned within 3 days of purchase to earn; only one reward per order; points have no cash value; and not all stores participate. The birthday reward is a free Birthday Dessert with the purchase of an entrée, available from 7 days before the birthday recorded on the account. There are no status tiers in the program — the tiers above are redemption levels, not membership levels.

Coupons and short-run deals at Fazoli’s rotate through the app, the official site and email, so this page does not print coupon codes that would be stale within weeks — the current offers are the ones shown in the app and on fazolis.com before you order. Two limits are worth stating at the level the chain publishes them: no kids-eat-free terms are published on Fazoli’s official pages — kids promotions run as limited-time offers at participating restaurants, with their terms stated in the offer itself — and no senior or military discount terms are published on the official pages either. The one dated national promotion running at the time of writing is National Breadstick Day (October 30, 2026), boxed under Lunch Special & Specials above.

Hours

Fazoli’s has no national timetable — each restaurant sets its own hours and its official location page is the source of truth. The pattern across the location pages checked is an opening at 10:30 or 11:00 AM and a closing between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The most common schedule is 10:30 AM–10:00 PM daily; the variants on either side of it are real: Lubbock runs 11:00 AM–9:30 PM, Clermont, Florida closes at 9:00 PM, Norco, California runs 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, and Indianapolis and Aurora, Colorado stay open to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. One outlier opens early: the Lexington restaurant on Alysheba Way publishes an 8:00 AM opening, with its dine-in and drive-thru hours running 10:30 AM–10:00 PM.

The ordering flow’s own hours for the three restaurants priced for this page match that spread: dine-in and drive-thru 10:30 AM–10:00 PM in Lexington and Indianapolis (delivery 11:00 AM–9:30 PM), and 11:00 AM–9:30 PM in Lubbock, which lists no dine-in hours in its flow. Holiday hours — Christmas, Easter, the 4th of July — are set per restaurant and published on each store’s location page; no chain-wide holiday schedule exists. Where a location has a drive-thru, it generally keeps the dining room’s hours.

Gift Cards

Fazoli’s sells gift cards through the gift-card page on fazolis.com, which sends buyers to the chain’s card storefront. What can be stated from the chain’s published card terms is this: cards are good toward purchases at participating U.S. Fazoli’s restaurants, excluding internet and gift-card purchases; a card is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it; and a lost, stolen or damaged card is not replaced — treat it like cash. Cards are issued by Fazoli’s Promotions, Inc.

To check a balance, use one of the two published routes: at the counter of any participating restaurant, or by phone at 877-750-0089. The card storefront Fazoli’s links to does not publish its denominations or its expiry and fee terms as readable text, so none are stated here — the amounts offered are the ones shown in that store at purchase, and the terms printed on the card govern.

Do Fazoli’s gift cards expire? The chain’s published card terms, as reproduced with the card, state no expiration date, and the storefront does not publish expiry or fee terms as text. No expiry is asserted here beyond that: check the terms printed on your card.

Items Not on the Current Menu

These items appear in older Fazoli’s menus and keep being searched for; none is on the October 2026 menu:

  • Standalone Gluten-Friendly Rotini entrées (with marinara, meat sauce or Alfredo, and a chicken pesto rotini build) — the rotini survives only inside the Baked Gluten-Friendly Chicken Pesto.
  • Plain Baked Ziti and protein-free Spicy Baked Ziti listings — the current ziti builds are Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce and the two Spicy versions with chicken or Italian sausage.
  • Snacks & Sharables sliders (Chicken Parmesan Breadstick Slider, Smashed Meatball Breadstick Slider) — gone; the Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks survives only as a homepage-listed product, above.
  • Low-Carb Pepperoni & Bacon Flatbread and the Keto Combo — gone.
  • Chicken Bacon Caesar and Strawberry Spinach & Bacon salads — gone; the current salad line is the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch and the House Side Salad.
  • Submarinos® — the old branding for the subs line; the current menu simply calls the category Subs.
