Ordering Guide & Tips

A build-your-own Burrito at Moe’s Southwest Grill costs $9.99–$10.95, the signature Homewrecker costs $10.99–$12.95, and a cup of Moe’s Famous Queso costs $4.79–$6.00 — and every entrée comes with free chips and house-made salsa, a standing policy, not a promotion. Moe’s sets no single national price, so every price on this page is the verified range from Moe’s own ordering system — the commerce platform behind moes.com — checked at restaurants in Hapeville, Georgia, Four Corners (Clermont), Florida and Durham, North Carolina in October 2026. All 69 items on the menu are priced below, with the calories Moe’s publishes for 46 of them.

How the Moe’s Menu Is Organized

Moe’s is a build-your-own line. The menu on this page runs in 13 groups: Burritos, Bowls, the Moe Value Meal, Dippers, Stacks & Quesadillas, Tacos, Salads, Nachos, Dips & Sides, Groups & Parties, Kids, Drinks and Desserts. Every entrée build starts from the same component list — a protein, seasoned or cilantro lime rice, black or pinto beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream — and the same protein tiers apply across burritos, bowls, Stacks, quesadillas, nachos and salads: the base price includes adobo chicken, ground beef or tofu; white meat chicken adds $0.40–$1.00 and steak adds $1.50–$2.00, depending on the store. Extra protein adds $2.49–$3.79.

Free chips and salsa come with every entrée. The policy is built into the ordering flow itself: each entrée carries a free chips-and-salsa step with a choice of House Made Red, Tomatillo Green or Spicy Red salsa. Kids meals include free chips and salsa too. The chips are not a coupon, a rewards perk or a limited offer — they are part of what an entrée is at Moe’s. The other half of the brand ritual is the greeting: staff call out “Welcome to Moe’s!” as guests come through the door, a signature of the chain since its first Atlanta restaurant.

The menu was renamed chain-wide in a revamp, and the current menu uses plain build names. The old pop-culture names survive only on stale third-party listings: the Joey Bag of Donuts burrito is now the build-your-own Burrito, Wrong Doug is gone, the Close Talker is now the plain Salad build, John Coctostan and the Three Amigos tacos are gone, and the kids’ Moo Moo Mr. Cow and Mini Masterpiece are now the Kids Burrito and its sibling builds. One name survived the revamp intact: the Homewrecker.

Does Moe’s serve breakfast? Not as a national menu. Breakfast items exist at a small number of locations — Moe’s official allergen chart lists chorizo, scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes, and its offer terms mention breakfast items — but Moe’s publishes no national breakfast menu or breakfast hours, and none of the restaurants checked for this page lists one. For most locations, the answer is no.
Does Moe’s have burgers, pizza, seafood or wings? No. The menu is burritos, bowls, Stacks, quesadillas, tacos, salads and nachos, with dippers, sides, drinks and desserts. There are no burgers, no pizza, no seafood and no wings on it.
Do Moe’s restaurants have a drive-thru?Some do. Drive-thru service is a per-location feature, not a chain-wide one — the official store locator shows which restaurants have one.

Burritos, Stacks & Signature Builds

The burrito platform has four builds. The Burrito ($9.99–$10.95, 760–910 calories) is the classic 12-inch flour tortilla build: protein, rice, beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream. The Jr. Burrito ($8.99, 620–770 calories) is the same build, smaller. The Moe Protein Burrito ($11.49–$14.95, 1,040–1,190 calories) doubles the protein — up to 69g — and builds it with Moe’s Famous Queso, pico de gallo and Oaxaca cheese.

The Homewrecker ($10.99–$12.95, 810–960 calories) is the signature build and the head of this menu: the original burrito with fresh-made guacamole included at no extra charge. Guacamole is a paid add-on on every other burrito and bowl, which is the whole difference between the two builds — the Homewrecker premium of $1.00–$2.00 over the regular Burrito is the guacamole, built in. The Homewrecker also comes as a bowl (same price and tiers), and it survived the chain’s renaming when the other joke names did not.

The Stack ($10.99–$12.95, 722–872 calories) is the crunchy build: protein, beans, shredded cheese and pico de gallo with Moe’s Famous Queso, stacked between two crunchy corn shells and wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. Against a burrito, the Stack trades the soft wrap for crunch and queso inside the build rather than on the side.

Grilled Burrito Dippers are the mini format: one Dipper ($3.99, 200–475 calories) is a small grilled burrito stuffed with Oaxaca cheese, queso and a protein; two cost $6.99, and a 10-pack costs $24.99. Flavored Dippers — Philly, Chicken Bacon Ranch and Bacon Jalapeño Popper — were on the menu at one of the three restaurants checked and are tagged Seasonal in the menu on this page; availability varies by location.

Bowls, Salads & Tacos

The Bowl ($9.99–$10.95, 600–750 calories) is the burrito build without the tortilla, on the same protein tiers; the Homewrecker Bowl ($10.99–$12.95, 650–800 calories) adds the included guacamole, and the Moe Protein Bowl ($11.49–$14.95, 870–1,020 calories) doubles the protein with up to 61g. Dropping the tortilla is the biggest single calorie cut on the platform: a Bowl runs about 160 calories under the same build as a Burrito.

The Salad ($9.99–$10.95, 350–500 calories) builds over romaine with protein, beans, shredded cheese, pico de gallo and Southwest vinaigrette — it is the build the retired Close Talker name used to label. The Southwest Salad ($9.95–$10.95, 670–820 calories) is a set build: black beans, roasted corn salsa, pico and Oaxaca cheese over romaine with a choice of dressing. A larger group-size Southwest Salad sits in Groups & Parties at $24.99–$29.95. There is no açaí bowl on the menu — the bowl platform is the burrito platform, not a smoothie format.

Tacos come as Three Tacos ($10.99–$12.95, 330–555 calories) in soft flour or crunchy corn tortillas, or a single One Taco ($4.39–$4.99, 110–185 calories). Taco protein upcharges are smaller than the entrées’ — steak adds up to $1.09 rather than $1.50–$2.00.

Quesadillas, Nachos & Moe’s Famous Queso

Moe’s Famous Queso is the chain’s defining item: a white queso made with natural Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeños and spices. It is sold in three sizes at every restaurant checked — Side (200 calories) $2.49–$3.00, Cup (410 calories) $4.79–$6.00, Bowl (750 calories) $7.99–$9.00 — and it works inside the menu as well as beside it: queso is built into the Stack, the Dippers, the Moe Protein builds and the Loaded Fries, a 2 oz side of it anchors every Moe Value Meal, and a free cup of it is the Moe Rewards sign-up reward. Guacamole is sold on the identical size ladder at the identical prices (Side 110 calories, Cup 250, Bowl 410).

Does the queso come with chips?Chips come free with entrées. A cup or bowl of queso ordered on its own is the queso itself; the Chips & Dips Trio ($17.99–$19.95) is the shareable that bundles queso, guacamole and house-made salsa with tortilla chips.

The build-your-own Quesadilla ($9.99–$10.95, 690–840 calories) takes a protein, shredded cheese and fresh ingredients in a grilled tortilla — the build the retired Art Vandalay name used to label. The Chicken Club Quesadilla ($11.49–$12.95, 1,240–1,390 calories) is a set build: white meat chicken, bacon, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce and chipotle ranch. Nachos ($10.49–$11.95, 1,020–1,170 calories) pile chips with queso, a protein, beans and pico de gallo on the same tiers. Loaded Fries ($11.99, Seasonal) — fries loaded with queso, a protein and toppings — were on the menu at one of the three restaurants checked; Moe’s publishes no calorie figure for them, so none is printed here.

Proteins, Toppings, Sides & Drinks

The build components are shared across the whole line. Proteins: adobo chicken, ground beef and tofu are included in every base price; white meat chicken and steak are the upcharge tiers; tofu is the vegetarian protein, and it is priced as a base protein, not a premium. Rice comes seasoned or cilantro lime, beans black or pinto. On the side, a Cup of Beans costs $1.99–$2.99 (120 calories) and a Bowl $2.99–$3.99 (220); a Cup of Rice costs $2.00–$2.99 (280–300 calories) and a Bowl $3.00–$3.99 (470–500). Any entrée can be made a meal — the “Make It a Meal” add-on adds a 22 oz drink and a side of queso or guacamole for $3.49–$4.00.

Fountain drinks come in Regular (22 oz, $2.69–$3.00) and Large (32 oz, $2.99–$4.00) from the Coca-Cola lineup — Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Cherry Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper and sweet or unsweet tea, with lemonades at some stores. Bottled water costs $1.99–$2.49 and bottled 20 oz drinks $2.99–$3.99. The frozen ICEE ($4.39–$4.69, 201 calories) appears in Moe’s national catalog but was not sold at any of the three restaurants checked, so its availability is location-specific; the same applies to Peace Tea and orange juice, which are catalog items at $1.99.

Desserts are three items deep: the Sweet Street Chocolate Chunk Cookie ($2.99, 170 calories — also the cookie included in kids meals), the Killer Brownie ($2.99–$3.00, 310 calories), and, at one sampled restaurant, Churro Fries ($2.99) and Cheesecake Chimichangas ($3.99, 250 calories) — golden fried tortillas filled with cheesecake filling and dusted with cinnamon sugar, tagged Seasonal in the menu on this page.

Value Meals & Group Kits

The Moe Value Meal is a fixed national bundle at $9.95 at all three restaurants checked: an entrée format — Jr. Burrito, Two Tacos, or Two Grilled Burrito Dippers — plus a 2 oz side of Moe’s Famous Queso, chips, salsa and a regular (22 oz) fountain drink. At $9.95 flat, the Jr. Burrito version prices below the same burrito ordered on its own at two of the three stores.

Group eating on the regular menu runs through Groups & Parties: build-your-own kits with 12 flour tortillas and a choice of two proteins — the Taco Kit ($41.99–$55.00), Fajita Kit ($47.99–$60.00) and Nacho Kit ($39.99–$50.00) — plus value packs of tacos, burritos and mixed builds ($29.95–$47.95), Dippers 10-packs and a gallon beverage at $7.99. The Meal Kit XL ($49.99–$70.00) is the upgraded double-protein kit and carries the widest store-to-store spread on the menu: $49.99 at two restaurants checked, $70.00 at the third. These kits are regular menu products ordered like any other item — they are not the catering menu, which runs on a separate platform (see the closing note).

Kids Menu

The kids menu has three builds, all at $5.99–$7.49: the Kids Burrito (260–335 calories), the Kids Quesadilla (65–140 calories) and the Kids Taco (160–235 calories), each built with a choice of protein. Every kids meal includes a cookie, a kid-size drink and free chips and salsa — the inclusions are part of the menu listing, not a promotion. The kid-size drink on its own costs $1.39–$2.00, kids apple juice $2.99 and kids milk $1.99. The kids builds are the plain-named successors to the retired Moo Moo Mr. Cow and Mini Masterpiece. The Kids Eat Free offer members ask about is a Moe Rewards mechanic, not a walk-in day — it is covered in the Deals section below.

Specials & Lunch Specials

Moe’s runs one national weekly program: Moe Monday, covered in full in the Deals section. It is the only day-of-week program the chain publishes nationally. Tuesday-through-Sunday specials, where they exist, are individual restaurants’ local offers — Moe’s publishes no national weekday timetable, and this page does not invent one. The standing value platform is the Moe Value Meal above: $9.95 at every restaurant checked, all week. Through December 31, 2026, the chain is also running dated free-item promotions on its current limited items — Churro Fries and Cheesecake Chimichangas free with any purchase at participating restaurants — and a discounted Loaded Fries offer; terms and codes live on Moe’s official offers page, and participation varies by restaurant.

Prices

All 69 items on this menu are priced. The prices come from Moe’s own ordering system — the commerce API behind moes.com — at three restaurants (Hapeville, GA; Four Corners/Clermont, FL; Durham, NC), checked October 26, 2026, and are shown as the lowest-to-highest range across them. Moe’s publishes no national price list, and per-store variance is real: the Homewrecker runs $10.99–$12.95 across just three stores.

The page’s full span, $1.39–$70.00, needs its framing: the $1.39 floor is a kid-size fountain drink, and the $70.00 ceiling is the group-size Meal Kit XL at one of the three stores (it is $49.99 at the other two). Everyday items sit far lower — build-your-own entrées run $9.99–$12.95, kids meals $5.99–$7.49, a cup of queso $4.79–$6.00, and the Moe Value Meal is $9.95 flat at all three stores. Two structural facts explain most prices: the base price already includes adobo chicken, ground beef or tofu, with white meat chicken (+$0.40–$1.00) and steak (+$1.50–$2.00) as the only protein upcharges; and the Homewrecker builds cost $1.00–$2.00 more than the regular builds because the guacamole is included. A handful of items — the flavored Dippers, Loaded Fries, Side of Fries, Churro Fries and Cheesecake Chimichangas — were sold at only one of the three restaurants; their descriptions in the menu say so.

Nutrition & Calories

Moe’s builds to order, so its official calorie figures are ranges by design: the figures in the menu on this page are the chain’s published base-to-maximum ranges for each build, and where your build lands inside the range is set by the protein and ingredient choices. Moe’s also publishes an official Nutrition Chart (2026) at ingredient level and a build calculator in its ordering flow — the chart is the source for component figures like the tortilla and the chips. 46 of the 69 items carry published calories. The blanks are named, not hidden: the group kits and value packs publish no figures (the Meal Kit XL, at 5,239–6,138 calories for the whole kit, is the exception), fountain drinks vary by flavor, and Loaded Fries, Churro Fries, the Side of Fries and the Chips & Dips Trio have no published figure.

Calories in the Most-Asked Items

Item Calories
Homewrecker 810–960
Burrito 760–910
Stack 722–872
Nachos 1,020–1,170
Bowl 600–750
Free chips (side serving) 350
Moe’s Famous Queso — Cup 410
Salad 350–500
Kids Burrito 260–335
Chocolate Chunk Cookie 170

The free chips are part of the calorie picture: a side serving of chips is 350 calories on the official chart (700 for a cup, 1,050 for a bowl), before the salsa. The lightest full entrée build is the Salad at 350–500 calories; the Moe Protein builds are the heaviest, at 870–1,190 depending on format. Protein choice moves the numbers on a published ladder — per medium portion on the Nutrition Chart: adobo chicken 100, white meat chicken 110, steak 130, ground beef 150, tofu 110 calories. The 12-inch flour tortilla alone is 310 calories, which is why the Bowl version of any build lands roughly 160 calories under the burrito. Protein grams follow the same published structure — the Moe Protein Burrito carries up to 69g and the Moe Protein Bowl up to 61g, the two figures Moe’s itself headlines.

Allergens & Dietary

Moe’s publishes an official Allergen Chart (February 2025) at ingredient level. Its position is the standard one, stated plainly: cross-contact can occur in preparation and storage, and no allergen-free guarantee is made. Read the chart before ordering if you have a food allergy.

Are Moe’s chips and corn tortillas gluten-free?No — and Moe’s own FAQ is specific about why. There is no gluten in the corn chips or the corn tortillas themselves, but they are fried in-house in the same fryer as the fried flour-tortilla salad bowl, so Moe’s lists them as containing gluten due to fryer cross-contamination. They are not presented as gluten-free.
Does Moe’s have vegetarian and vegan options?Tofu is a base protein — included in the standard price on every build, not an upcharge — and the builds are assembled to order, so cheese and sour cream can be left off any item. Moe’s does not certify dishes vegan; its allergen chart is the governing document for ingredients.
Is Moe’s queso vegetarian? What is in it?The queso is a white cheese dip — natural Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeños and spices. Its full ingredient and allergen detail is in the official Allergen Chart; the chart, not this page, is the source to check for a specific allergy, including peanut and tree-nut questions, which the chart answers ingredient by ingredient.
Does Moe’s publish halal or kosher certification? No. Moe’s publishes no halal or kosher certification for its menu; the Allergen Chart is the extent of its published dietary documentation.

Hours

Moe’s has no single national timetable — each restaurant sets its own hours, and the official store locator on moes.com carries the live hours for a specific restaurant. The typical pattern, computed from Moe’s official location feed of 583 restaurants, is an opening at 10:00–10:30 AM (10:30 AM is the most common, at 314 stores) and a closing at 9:00–10:00 PM (10:00 PM is the most common, at 338 stores), running on essentially the same pattern seven days a week. The three restaurants checked for this page sit inside that pattern: 10:30 AM–9:00 PM in Hapeville, GA; 10:00 AM–9:30 PM in Four Corners, FL; 10:00 AM–10:00 PM in Durham, NC. A handful of hosted locations — airports and similar venues — open as early as 7:00 AM and keep their host’s hours. Holiday hours are set per restaurant and posted on the locator; most locations shorten or close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, so check your store’s listing for a specific holiday rather than assuming the regular pattern.

Gift Cards

Moe’s gift card terms are fixed and published: the cards never expire and carry no fees. Check a balance three ways — online through the Givex balance checker linked from moes.com’s gift card page, in any restaurant, or by phone at 1-877-663-7411.

  • In-store cards load $5–$100, are reloadable, and hold a maximum balance of $500.
  • Website cards, sold through CashStar on moes.com, load $10–$200 and are not reloadable; third-party retail cards vary and are not reloadable. A PIN is required to redeem online.
  • Cross-brand use: a Moe’s card is also redeemable at Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli and Schlotzsky’s in the US — the card is a GoTo Foods card, issued by GoTo Foods Rewards, Inc.
  • Cards are not valid for catering or merchandise. No points are earned when buying a gift card, but points are earned when paying with one.

Deals, Coupons & Moe Rewards

Moe Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program, run through the Moe’s app and moes.com. Members earn 10 points per $1. At 1,250 points, Gold Tier unlocks: Gold members earn 12 points per $1, and Gold, once earned, holds for the rest of that year plus all of the next. Points expire after 365 days of inactivity, are not property and cannot be transferred. The published redemption catalog runs from a fountain drink at 250 points and a side or cup of queso or guacamole at 300–500 points, through a Kids Meal at 1,000 and a Moe Value Meal, build-your-own burrito or bowl, salad, quesadilla, Three Tacos or nachos at 1,600, up to the Homewrecker, Moe Protein builds, Chicken Club Quesadilla and Stack at 1,800 points. Joining earns a free cup of queso (it expires 14 days after it is issued), and the birthday reward is a free cup of queso or guacamole for members who spent $10 in the past 365 days.

Moe Monday

Moe Monday is the chain’s signature weekly deal, and it is a members’ mechanic, not a walk-in price: each Monday, a discounted full-size burrito or bowl deal lands automatically in the Moe Rewards member’s account — no promo code — at participating locations, one use per Monday. The Homewrecker burrito and bowl are included, guacamole and all; the exclusions are the Moe Protein items, Dippers (1 ct and 2 ct), Moe Value Meals, breakfast items and the Kids Menu. The free chips and salsa come with it, as they do with every entrée, and members earn 2x points on Mondays. Moe’s publishes no national Moe Monday price — the official terms state the discounted price varies by location, so this page prints the mechanic and not a dollar figure; the price in your account at your restaurant is the price.

Kids Eat Free

Kids Eat Free is also a rewards mechanic, not a standing day-of-week walk-in deal. Moe Rewards members get one free Kids Meal with each entrée purchase at participating locations — and the timing is the part most listings get wrong: the reward is issued on Saturday and expires the following Friday. Qualifying entrées include the Moe Value Meals, burritos, bowls, Stacks, nachos, quesadillas, Three Tacos, salads, Loaded Fries and Dippers 2 ct; One Taco, kids meals, meal kits, value packs, breakfast items and the Dipper 1 ct do not qualify.

Beyond the program, Moe’s runs dated member offers around national food days — queso, taco, nacho and burrito days, and holiday buy-one-get-one entrée offers appear on its official offers page through the year. This page does not print coupon codes: codes and participation change per offer and per restaurant, and the offers page and the app are the current source.

Quick Answers

How much is a Homewrecker at Moe’s?$10.99–$12.95 across the three restaurants checked. It costs $1.00–$2.00 more than the regular Burrito because guacamole is included.
Are chips and salsa free at Moe’s?Yes. Every entrée includes free chips and house-made salsa — House Made Red, Tomatillo Green or Spicy Red — as a standing policy, and kids meals include them too.
How much is the Moe Value Meal?$9.95 at all three restaurants checked: a Jr. Burrito, two tacos or two Dippers, plus a 2 oz side of queso, chips, salsa and a regular fountain drink.
What is Moe Monday?A Moe Rewards members’ deal: a discounted full-size burrito or bowl appears in the member’s account each Monday at participating locations, no code needed. Moe’s publishes no national price for it — the discounted price varies by location.
How many calories are in a Moe’s burrito?760–910 calories for the build-your-own Burrito and 810–960 for the Homewrecker, on Moe’s published ranges; the exact figure depends on the protein and ingredients chosen.
Are Moe’s chips gluten-free?No. The corn chips contain no gluten ingredients but are fried in the same fryer as a flour-tortilla item, so Moe’s lists them as containing gluten.
Does Moe’s have a kids menu?Yes — Kids Burrito, Kids Quesadilla and Kids Taco at $5.99–$7.49, each including a cookie, a kid-size drink and free chips and salsa.
What time does Moe’s open and close?Typically 10:00–10:30 AM to 9:00–10:00 PM, on the same pattern all week. Your restaurant’s exact hours are on the official store locator.
How do I check my Moe’s gift card balance?Online through the Givex checker on Moe’s gift card page, in any restaurant, or at 1-877-663-7411. The cards never expire and have no fees, and they also work at Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli and Schlotzsky’s.
Does Moe’s still have the Joey Bag of Donuts, Wrong Doug and Close Talker? Not under those names. A chain-wide revamp replaced the joke names with plain build names — Burrito, Jr. Burrito and Salad. Old listings still showing the names are stale; the Homewrecker kept its name.

Looking for a specific store? Locations live in the directory and in the store locator on moes.com — this page covers the menu, not individual stores. Ordering for a group beyond the kits above? Moe’s catering runs on its own platform with its own menu and per-person pricing, separate from this page; online ordering and delivery run through the Moe’s app and moes.com.

Need this menu on paper? Print this page from your browser — it prints as a complete Moe’s Southwest Grill menu with prices. Moe’s also publishes a Spanish-language menu; this page is the English menu in full.

Menu verified — October 2026. Prices were captured from Moe’s own ordering system (the commerce platform behind moes.com) for restaurants in Hapeville, GA, Four Corners (Clermont), FL and Durham, NC on October 26, 2026, and are shown as the lowest-to-highest range found. Your local Moe’s sets its own prices and may charge more or less; delivery apps usually cost more. Calories are Moe’s published figures — build-dependent ranges from its ordering catalog, corroborated by its official Nutrition Chart 2026. Moe Monday carries no printed price because Moe’s publishes none: its official terms state the discounted price varies by location.
