Ordering Guide & Tips

The dish P.F. Chang’s is built on — Chang’s Lettuce Wraps — costs $15.50–$17.00, and a Mongolian Beef costs $26.00–$27.50. The full menu below has 181 items in 15 categories: appetizers (where the site files its dim sum), sushi, soups and salads, main entrées, noodles and rice, a kids menu, desserts, and a full bar. P.F. Chang’s publishes no prices on its own website — its menus state only that pricing varies by location — so every price on this page comes from the chain’s own online ordering menus, checked in October 2026 at three restaurants: Kierland in Scottsdale, Arizona, North Dallas Tollway in Dallas, Texas, and Orlando, Florida. 79 of the 181 items carry an ordering price; the groups that do not — lunch specials, the bar, and the build-your-own rice and noodle dishes — are named with their reasons in the Prices section, and nothing was estimated to fill them.

How the P.F. Chang’s Menu Is Organized

The menu on this page follows pfchangs.com’s own order: Lunch Specials, Appetizers, Sushi, Soups & Salads, Main Entrees, Noodles & Rice, Shareable Sides, Chef’s Feast, House Specials, Dessert and Kids, then the drinks taxonomy from the site’s Beverages page — Cocktails, Wine, Beer & Saké and Beverages. Three filing decisions by the site itself are worth knowing before you look for a dish:

  • There is no Dim Sum category on the website. P.F. Chang’s files its dumplings, spring rolls, egg rolls and crab wontons inside Appetizers, even though its own nutrition guide still uses a “Dim Sum” heading internally.
  • The Gluten-Free menu is a cross-listing, not a category. Its 10 dishes all live in their home categories above; the gluten-free position is answered once, in Allergens & Dietary below.
  • “Autumn in Kyoto” is the current seasonal collection — Duck Wings, the Wagyu Eggroll, Duck Fried Rice and Butter Cake. Each is filed once in its home category and tagged Seasonal. The site’s “Most Popular” shelf is likewise a cross-listing of dishes that live in the categories above.
Is P.F. Chang’s Chinese or Japanese? It is a pan-Asian bistro built on Chinese dishes. The core of the menu — lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, kung pao, lo mein, fried rice — is Chinese-American; the sushi rolls, saké and Japanese whisky are pan-Asian additions around that core. The cuisine line on this page reads “Pan-Asian · Chinese” because that is what the menu itself is.
Does P.F. Chang’s have a dinner for two?Yes — the Chef’s Feast for 2, an online-ordering bundle of soup or salad, a shared appetizer, one entrée per person and rice, at $39.00–$43.00. It is covered in Family Meals below.

The Signature Dishes

Chang’s Lettuce Wraps are the signature — the restaurant’s most popular dish, built on a family recipe: minced filling with mushrooms and water chestnuts in a savory sauce, served with crispy rice sticks and fresh lettuce cups for wrapping. There are two versions on the menu at one price, $15.50–$17.00: the chicken original (660 calories) and the vegetarian version (640 calories). A gluten-free version is one of the 10 published gluten-free dishes and costs exactly $1.00 more in online ordering (see Allergens & Dietary).

Mongolian Beef is the signature entrée: tender beef slices stir-fried in a sweet soy glaze with garlic and green onions, $26.00–$27.50 and 680 calories. Chang’s Spicy Chicken is the chicken counterpart — wok-tossed in the chain’s signature sweet-spicy chili sauce with green onions, $19.50–$20.00 and 1,060 calories. The Kung Pao line runs across three proteins in the same spicy Sichuan sauce with peanuts, celery, green onions and red chili peppers: Kung Pao Chicken ($20.00–$20.50, 1,040 calories), Kung Pao Beef ($21.50–$23.00, 900 calories) and Kung Pao Shrimp ($23.50–$26.00, 1,020 calories). The shrimp version is a real menu entrée carried in the official nutrition guide and ordering; it is simply not showcased on the website’s menu pages.

Mongolian Beef vs Beef with Broccoli — what is the difference?Different sauces, different builds. Mongolian Beef is beef in a sweet soy glaze with garlic and green onions and no vegetable bulk — 680 calories, $26.00–$27.50. Beef with Broccoli stir-fries the beef with steamed broccoli in a savory ginger-garlic sauce — 600 calories, $21.00–$22.50. Mongolian is the sweeter, richer dish; Beef with Broccoli is the lighter one.
How spicy is Chang’s Spicy Chicken? It is a sweet-heat dish: the signature sauce leads with sweetness and finishes with chili warmth. The Kung Pao dishes are the hotter order — their Sichuan sauce is built on red chili peppers. The menu’s dishes tagged Spicy in the list on this page are the ones where heat is a defining feature.
Orange Chicken vs Spicy Orange Chicken?Orange Chicken is the website entrée: battered chicken in a sweet citrus chili sauce, 1,260 calories, $19.00–$20.00. Online ordering also sells a Spicy Orange Chicken as a separate entrée at $19.00–$20.00 — it is an ordering-menu item that the website menu does not list separately.

Appetizers & Dim Sum

The appetizer shelf is where the dim sum lives. The dumplings come steamed or pan-fried, and the official guide prices the calories differently for each: Pork Dumplings are 480 calories steamed and 540 pan-fried ($14.50–$15.50); Shrimp Dumplings are 300 steamed and 360 pan-fried ($14.50–$15.50). Crab Wontons — the chain’s crab rangoon build, creamy crab with bell peppers and green onions in a crisp wonton with a sweet-spicy plum sauce — are $14.50–$15.50 and 600 calories. Veggie Spring Rolls (a 3-count order, 720 calories) are $9.50–$10.50 and Pork Egg Rolls (2-count, 700 calories) are $10.00–$11.00.

The rest of the shelf: Edamame ($10.00–$11.50, 400 calories), Crispy Green Beans in tempura batter with the signature spicy dipping sauce ($11.50–$13.00, 1,000 calories), Dynamite Shrimp in a spicy sriracha aioli ($15.50–$17.50, 710 calories), two rib preparations — BBQ Pork Spare Ribs in Asian barbecue glaze and Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs in a five-spice dry rub, both $16.50–$18.00 — Japanese Wok-Fired Calamari with wasabi aioli ($16.00–$18.00), Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice ($14.00–$14.50), and Pork Belly Bao Buns ($13.50 where ordering lists them). Two more appetizers are carried in the official guides and ordering but are not showcased on the website: Crispy Eggplant (700 calories) and Flaming Red Wontons (550 calories).

Does P.F. Chang’s still have Flaming Red Wontons? They are not gone. Flaming Red Wontons and Crispy Eggplant do not appear on the website’s menu pages, but both remain in the current official nutrition and allergen guides (Autumn in Kyoto 2026, revised September 2026) and in the ordering taxonomy — they are current dishes the website simply does not showcase.

Soups, Salads & Sushi

Yes, P.F. Chang’s does sushi — a seven-roll program, and every roll carries an ordering price: California Roll ($12.00–$12.50, 400 calories), Spicy Tuna Roll ($13.00–$13.50, 480), Shrimp Tempura Roll ($14.00, 500), Japanese Philly Roll with smoked salmon and cream cheese ($14.00–$14.50, 950), Tiger Roll ($14.00, 740), Kung Pao Dragon Roll — a California roll topped with seared ahi ($15.00–$15.50, 490) and Dynamite Roll ($15.00–$15.50, 780). The rolls are the whole sushi program: the current menu publishes no sushi boat and no sashimi or nigiri list.

The soups are sold by the cup or the bowl, and the official guide’s calorie figures run cup-to-bowl: Egg Drop Soup 40–280, Wonton Soup 130–480, Hot & Sour Soup 70–480. The salads are portioned for one or to share: House Salad 160–220, Asian Caesar Salad 220–420, Thai Peanut Salad 280–580 and Mandarin Crunch Salad 360–700, each with a choice of chicken or salmon where the menu offers it — the guide counts a chicken add-on at +220 calories and salmon at +320. This whole category is one of the groups with no ordering list price: the ordering menu prices soups and salads through their size and protein options, so no figure is printed for them here (see Prices).

Noodles, Fried Rice & Rice

Three of the menu’s biggest dishes work differently on price: Fried Rice, Signature Lo Mein and Pad Thai are build-by-protein dishes, and the ordering menu shows no list price for them — the price is set by the protein and size you choose. What is published, in the official nutrition guide, is exactly what each build contains:

  • Fried Rice — 900–1,200 calories by protein: vegetables 900, shrimp 920, chicken 1,020, beef 1,040, combo 1,100, tofu 1,200.
  • Signature Lo Mein — 720–1,000 calories: vegetables 720, shrimp 780, chicken or beef 860, combo 920, tofu 1,000.
  • Pad Thai — 1,320–1,680 calories: plain 1,320, shrimp 1,440, chicken 1,480, beef 1,520, combo 1,600, tofu 1,680.

The fixed-build noodle and rice dishes do carry ordering prices: Singapore Street Noodles in a light curry sauce ($18.50–$20.00, 1,220 calories), Longlife Noodles & Prawns in chili butter ($27.00, 1,270 calories), the seasonal Duck Fried Rice — shredded duck, edamame, kimchi, chili jam and a fried egg ($23.00–$24.00, 1,660 calories) — and Lobster & Prawn Fried Rice (1,280 calories), which only one of the three sampled ordering menus priced, so it carries no price here under the two-store rule. Garlic Noodles sit in Shareable Sides at $12.00 in every store checked.

Why did P.F. Chang’s get rid of Dan Dan Noodles? There are no Dan Dan Noodles on the current menu — checked against the full official menu, the Autumn in Kyoto 2026 nutrition guide and the online ordering menus in October 2026. The noodle lineup today is Signature Lo Mein, Pad Thai, Singapore Street Noodles, Longlife Noodles & Prawns and Garlic Noodles. Whatever a given location served in the past, Dan Dan is not a current, published dish.
Does P.F. Chang’s have ramen or chow mein?No ramen dish and no chow mein appear on the current menu. The noodle soups are Wonton, Egg Drop and Hot & Sour; the wok-tossed noodle platform is the Lo Mein. Searches for “chow mein” land on that same lo mein lineup — it is the chain’s noodle dish under its own name.

Drinks & the Bar

P.F. Chang’s serves a full bar. The drinks taxonomy from its Beverages page runs to 73 listings: 20 cocktails (signature builds like the Kyoto Cabin with Woodford Reserve and black tea, the Rising Dragon Margarita, and the Golden Buddha Mai Tai; a martini shelf including the Lychee, Matcha and Espresso Martinis; and classics such as the Japanese Old Fashioned and the Organic Agave Margarita), 20 wine listings grouped by style — the named bottles live in each listing’s description, from La Marca Prosecco and Whispering Angel Rosé to Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, Rombauer Chardonnay and The Prisoner red blend — 21 beers and sakés (the house Ha-Chi 5251 Pilsner, Sapporo and Asahi, domestic and craft lagers and IPAs, and a saké shelf from Gekkeikan Junmai to Hakutsuru Sayuri nigori), and 12 non-alcoholic drinks: refreshers and lemonades built with popping boba (Dragon Fruit Crush, Lychee Lemonade, Peach Boba Breeze), Freshly Brewed Iced Tea in Traditional Black, Mango or Green, Lemonade, a Pot of Full Leaf Tea, bottled water and soft drinks.

Two honest limits apply to this whole shelf. First, the ordering menus publish no bar prices — the pickup ordering menu carries no alcohol category at all, so no cocktail, wine or beer price is printed on this page; the only officially published drink prices are the Happy Hour tier prices in the Happy Hour section below. Second, P.F. Chang’s publishes no drink calories: its official nutrition guide has no beverage section, so every drink row in the menu list is blank for calories rather than estimated. The soft drinks that ordering does price — 20 oz bottles — are $3.00 in every store checked, and the 1-litre bottled waters are $7.50.

Desserts

The signature dessert is The Great Wall of Chocolate: six layers of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and semi-sweet chips, $14.00–$15.00 and — at 1,940 calories — the highest-calorie item on the entire menu. The rest of the shelf: Banana Spring Rolls with coconut-pineapple ice cream ($12.00–$13.00, 940 calories), New York-Style Cheesecake ($11.00–$12.00, 960), Chocolate Soufflé served warm with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce ($11.00–$11.50, 800), and the seasonal Butter Cake with miso caramel from the Autumn in Kyoto collection ($9.00, 670 calories).

The mini-dessert format is three small cakes served individually — Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet Cake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie, $5.50 each in the Arizona and Texas ordering menus (Key Lime Pie is $6.50 in Orlando; the other two are not listed there) — and the Dessert Flight plates all three together for $15.00. The flight is the way the mini desserts are meant to be compared; their individual calories are 270, 240 and 360 respectively.

Lunch Specials

Lunch at P.F. Chang’s is a defined program, not just the dinner menu earlier: Monday through Friday until 3 PM, individual portions of twelve entrées — Mongolian Beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Honey Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Beef and Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Firecracker Shrimp, Miso Glazed Salmon and Mongolian Tofu — each served with soup or salad plus your choice of rice, with the option to upgrade the rice to noodles. A thirteenth lunch listing, Lunch Soup & Salad, is the soup-and-salad combination on its own. Lunch calories are published separately from dinner and exclude the rice: the Chang’s Spicy Chicken lunch portion is 550 calories against 1,060 for the dinner entrée, and the Mongolian Beef lunch portion is 360 against 680.

One limit is stated plainly: no lunch prices are printed on this page. The ordering menus display the lunch items only during lunch hours — an evening check finds them marked unavailable with no price shown — so lunch prices are set per location inside the ordering flow, and none was invented here. The dinner prices for the same dishes, in the menu list on this page, are the verified reference point.

Does P.F. Chang’s serve lunch on Saturday or Sunday? No. The Lunch Specials program runs Monday through Friday until 3 PM only. On weekends the regular menu — the same entrées at their dinner portions — is served from opening.
What time does the P.F. Chang’s lunch special end?3 PM, Monday through Friday. The timing is answered once, here and in Hours below: lunch ends at 3 PM on weekdays, and there is no lunch program on weekends.

Family Meals: Chef’s Feast & House Specials

P.F. Chang’s sells two bundled formats, and they work opposite ways. Chef’s Feast is the family meal, and it is online-orders only: for 2, 4 or 6 people, each size includes a soup or salad per person, shared appetizers (one for 2, two for 4, three for 6), one entrée per person, and steamed white or brown rice, with the rice side upgradeable to fried rice or lo mein for an added charge. The captured ordering prices are $39.00–$43.00 for 2, $78.00–$86.00 for 4, and $117.00–$129.00 for 6 — Orlando prices the three sizes $4, $8 and $12 above Scottsdale and Dallas. The chain publishes no calorie total for a feast package; the guide’s per-entrée figures are in Nutrition below.

House Specials are the dine-in bundle: four entrées — Chicken with Broccoli, Korean Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Tofu and Hong Kong Beef — each served with white or brown rice plus a choice of House Side Salad, a cup of Egg Drop Soup or a cup of Hot & Sour Soup. Korean Sesame Chicken and Hong Kong Beef exist only in this format; they are not dinner entrées. House Specials are dine-in only and do not appear in the online ordering menu, so no price is published for them here; their calories (350–550, excluding the rice) are published in the official guide.

Happy Hour

P.F. Chang’s publishes its Happy Hour terms — a tier board, the same on the Happy Hour page and the Beverages page, checked October 2026: Monday–Friday, 3–6 PM at participating locations:

  • $6 — Beer & Wine (including the house Ha-Chi 5251 Pilsner, Sapporo and domestic beers; 14 Hands Chardonnay and Merlot)
  • $9 — Cocktails & Sake (including the Zen Margarita, the Pink Lotus Cosmo and select well drinks; Gekkeikan, Moonstone Asian Pear and Joto One sakés)
  • $12 — Appetizers & Japanese Whisky (Lettuce Wraps, Dumplings, Japanese Wok-Fired Calamari and Pork Belly Bao Buns; Toki, Mars Iwai 45 and Nikka Coffey Grain whiskies)
  • $15 — Sushi & Sip (a Spicy Tuna or California roll plus a Joto One “Graffiti Cup” saké)

The same page runs Wine Wednesday: half-price bottles of wine, champagne and sake, all day Wednesday. The brand’s own conditions apply and are printed with the offer: Happy Hour is offered only at participating locations, hours and offerings may vary by location, and only where permitted by law. The two sampled locations — Scottsdale and Dallas — both publish the same Monday–Friday 3–6 PM block.

Does P.F. Chang’s have happy hour on weekends? No. The published program is Monday–Friday, 3–6 PM. There is no Saturday or Sunday happy hour in the official terms; the midweek equivalent is Wine Wednesday, which runs all day Wednesday.
Is P.F. Chang’s happy hour bar-only?The published terms do not restrict the offer to the bar — they state the days, the 3–6 PM window, the tier prices and the participating-locations condition. Where a specific restaurant seats happy-hour guests is that restaurant’s call; the terms themselves are location-wide.

Kids Menu

The kids menu has eight dishes, every one of them priced in the ordering menus checked, and every one served with broccoli and a side of fruit: Kids Honey Chicken, Kids Sweet and Sour Chicken, Kids Orange Chicken and Kids Teriyaki Chicken or Beef at $8.00–$8.50; Kids Lo Mein at $7.50–$8.00; Baby Buddha’s Feast — the stir-fried vegetable plate — at $6.00–$6.50, the lowest-calorie dish on the menu at 150 calories; and a Gluten-Free Kids Fried Rice at $7.50–$8.00, the one gluten-free dish filed inside the kids menu itself. Online ordering also sells a regular Kids Chicken Fried Rice ($6.50–$7.00); the website kids menu lists the gluten-free version instead. The official kids menu states no age limit for ordering from it.

Does P.F. Chang’s have kids sushi? Not on the published kids menu. The official nutrition guide lists two kids sushi rolls — a Kids California Roll (400 calories) and a Kids Avocado Roll (280) — but neither appears on the current website kids menu, so they are guide-listed items, not dishes you can order from the published menu.

Prices

Start with the chain’s own position: pfchangs.com publishes no prices. Its menu pages carry descriptions only, and its Beverages page states that selection and pricing may vary by location. The prices on this page therefore come from P.F. Chang’s own online ordering menus at three restaurants, captured October 26, 2026 — Kierland, Scottsdale, AZ; North Dallas Tollway, Dallas, TX; and Orlando, FL — and each is the lowest-to-highest range across the stores that publish it. 79 of the 181 items are priced this way, spanning $3.00 to $129.00.

Two patterns hold across almost the whole menu. Scottsdale and Dallas price identically on nearly every row, and Orlando runs higher — typically $1.00 more on appetizers, sushi and kids’ dishes, $1.50 more on most entrées, and more on the Chef’s Feast sizes. A range on this page is, in practice, the Arizona/Texas price at the low end and Orlando at the high end. The cheapest items on the menu are the 20 oz bottled soft drinks at $3.00 flat; the cheapest food is the trio of mini-dessert cakes at $5.50; the most expensive single dishes are the Salt & Pepper Prawns at $30.00 and the Oolong Chilean Sea Bass and Black Pepper Filet at $29.50–$30.50; the $129.00 ceiling is the Chef’s Feast for 6 at Orlando.

What is not priced, and why — stated once, here:

  • Lunch Specials (13) — the ordering flow displays lunch items only during lunch hours; no price is shown outside them, and lunch pricing is set per location inside the flow.
  • The bar (61 listings) — the pickup ordering menu has no alcohol category, so dine-in bar prices are not in the ordering data. The Happy Hour tiers above are the only published drink prices.
  • Fried Rice, Signature Lo Mein and Pad Thai — priced by the protein and size options chosen, so the ordering menu shows no list price.
  • Soups & Salads (7) — no list prices in the ordering menu; pricing rides on the cup/bowl and protein options.
  • House Specials (4) — dine-in only; the format does not appear in the ordering menu at all.
  • One-store items — a price published at only one sampled store is not printed (Lobster & Prawn Fried Rice, priced only in Dallas, is the example in this run).

Nutrition & Calories

Every calorie figure on this page comes from one document: the “PFC National Menu Nutrition — Autumn in Kyoto 2026,” revised September 2026, the current official edition linked from pfchangs.com’s nutrition page. 103 of the 181 items carry a figure from it. Read the figures with the guide’s portion system in mind:

  • Entrée and noodle figures are “Traditional Sized” portions. The guide also publishes smaller “Chef’s Feast / Medium Sized” values for most entrées — Mongolian Beef is 510 calories medium against 680 traditional, and Crispy Honey Chicken is 1,180 against 1,380. The headline figures on this page are the traditional portions.
  • Lunch and House Specials figures exclude the rice. The lunch and house-special portions carry their own guide values (Lunch above); the rice served with them is extra.
  • Ranges are the guide’s own rows — cups-to-bowls for soups, steamed-to-pan-fried for dumplings, for-one-to-share for salads, and by-protein for the fried rice, lo mein and pad thai builds, each spelled out in the item’s description in the menu list.
  • The guide publishes no beverage calories at all — it has no drinks section — which is why all 73 drink listings are blank. It also publishes no totals for the Chef’s Feast packages or the Dessert Flight. Nothing in any of those rows was estimated.

The guide even disagrees with itself once, and the resolution is on the record: a single Vegetable Spring Roll is listed at 350 calories in the guide’s Dim Sum section and 310 in its Lunch section. The Appetizers row on this page uses the Dim Sum section’s 3-count figure, 720.

At the top end sit the Great Wall of Chocolate (1,940), Duck Fried Rice (1,660) and the Wagyu Eggroll (1,610). The guide publishes the full panel behind these figures — protein, carbohydrates, sodium, fat, fiber and sugars for every item it lists — in the same PDF; this page prints the calories, and the official guide is the source for the rest of the panel.

Allergens & Dietary

The allergen facts come from the companion official document, “PFC National Menu Allergens — Autumn in Kyoto 2026” (revised September 2026), which tracks 14 allergen categories per dish: wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, corn, sulfites, sesame, legume, onion and mushroom. Its position, and the restaurant’s, is stated on the document itself: the restaurants run allergy protocols and guests should tell their server about any allergy, but because of shared cooking and preparation areas, the chain cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination or that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Every answer below sits inside that statement.

Chang’s is one of the few chains that publishes a gluten-free menu: 10 dishes prepared with gluten-free ingredients following gluten-free procedures — GF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, GF Mongolian Beef, GF Beef with Broccoli, GF Chang’s Spicy Chicken, GF Chicken with Broccoli, GF Fried Rice, GF Pad Thai, GF Singapore Street Noodles, GF Egg Drop Soup and GF Chocolate Soufflé. The site’s own framing, printed under its menu items, is the exact scope of the claim: “Gluten-free items are made with gluten-free ingredients and prepared following gluten-free procedures. While we take steps to avoid cross-contact, please tell our team about any allergy or sensitivity.” It is a procedures claim, not a certification, and this page does not upgrade it into one. Items across the regular menu also carry a “gluten-free option available upon request” flag — the lettuce wraps, Egg Drop Soup, several entrées, Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Singapore Street Noodles, the Chocolate Soufflé and the kids’ fried rice among them.

Two practical facts follow from the data. In online ordering, every gluten-free version costs exactly $1.00 more than the same dish in its regular version — true at all three stores checked, on all eight priced pairs. And the gluten-free dishes are not calorie-identical to the originals: the guide publishes separate GF figures, and some run higher (GF Chang’s Spicy Chicken is 1,160 calories against 1,060 for the regular; GF Mongolian Beef is 740 against 680).

Vegetarian, Vegan, Peanut and Ingredient Answers

What is vegetarian at P.F. Chang’s?The meatless builds on the menu are the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps (640 calories), Buddha’s Feast, Ma Po Tofu, Mongolian Tofu, Stir-Fried Eggplant, Crispy Eggplant, the Veggie Spring Rolls and Edamame. P.F. Chang’s publishes no vegetarian or vegan certification for them, and they come out of a kitchen that cooks meat in shared woks — they are dishes made without meat, answered at exactly that level.
Which dishes contain peanuts? The Kung Pao line is cooked with peanuts — chicken, beef and shrimp — and the Thai Peanut Salad is dressed with a peanut dressing and topped with peanuts. Peanut is one of the 14 allergens the official guide tracks per dish; with shared preparation, the guide’s cross-contact statement above applies to everything else on the menu as well.

The sauces are cooked into the dishes rather than served as a separate shelf, and the official descriptions name them: the signature sweet-spicy chili sauce on Chang’s Spicy Chicken, the sweet soy glaze on the Mongolian dishes, the Sichuan sauce on the Kung Pao line, sesame sauce, teriyaki glaze, the sweet citrus chili sauce on Orange Chicken, sweet & sour sauce, black pepper sauce, ginger-soy sauce, miso glaze and lobster sauce; the dipping and finishing sauces include the plum sauce with the Crab Wontons, honey mustard with the Pork Egg Rolls, sweet chili with the spring rolls, the chili dipping sauce with the dumplings, wasabi aioli, black garlic aioli, sriracha aioli, and the mandarin vinaigrette, sesame dressing and Thai peanut dressing on the salads. Full per-dish ingredient lists live in the official allergen guide rather than on this page. The bottled P.F. Chang’s sauces sold in grocery stores are a separate retail product line, not the restaurant’s menu, and are not covered here.

Deals, Coupons & Discounts

The standing value at P.F. Chang’s is published, and it is the two programs above: Happy Hour (Monday–Friday 3–6 PM, with its $6/$9/$12/$15 tiers) and Wine Wednesday (half-price bottles of wine, champagne and sake all day Wednesday), plus the weekday Lunch Specials format. Beyond those, the official position as of October 2026 is short: pfchangs.com publishes no coupon or promo codes, and no senior, military or student discount is published on the official site — this page does not print codes scraped from coupon sites, which are not the chain’s offers and are stale on arrival. One published bulk term does exist, on gift cards rather than dining: gift card orders over $500 get 10% off (see Gift Cards). Any current promotion beyond the standing programs is the one shown on the official site for your location — check there before you order.

Hours

P.F. Chang’s sets hours by location, and the official location pages are the source for any specific restaurant. The pattern at the two locations sampled in full for this page — Scottsdale, Arizona and Dallas, Texas — is identical: Sunday–Thursday 11 AM–10 PM, Friday–Saturday 11 AM–11 PM, with the Happy Hour block Monday–Friday 3–6 PM at both. Other locations vary around that pattern, and holiday hours are set per restaurant and published on its location page.

The one timing that is national is lunch: Lunch Specials end at 3 PM, Monday through Friday, at participating locations — the same answer given in the Lunch section above. If you are ordering for pickup late in the evening, the ordering flow shows your store’s last pickup time before you pay.

Gift Cards

The official gift card terms, from the chain’s own gift card FAQ, are simple: cards load in any amount from $5.00 to $500.00, and they carry no expiration date and no service fees on unused balances. They are redeemable for food and beverages at participating P.F. Chang’s locations in the contiguous United States, excluding airport locations, and they are sold on pfchangs.com, at select P.F. Chang’s and P.F. Chang’s To Go restaurants, and through limited retailers. Orders over $500 — the corporate and bulk channel — get 10% off.

To check a balance: use the balance checker linked from the official gift cards page (pfchangs.gift.solutions); the gift card FAQ also names the merchant.wgiftcard.com portal, where the 16-digit card number pulls up the balance. In person, a restaurant can check the balance at the counter.

Can you use a P.F. Chang’s gift card at Pei Wei?No. The official terms limit redemption to participating P.F. Chang’s locations in the contiguous US, excluding airports — Pei Wei is a separate chain and is not a redemption location under those terms.
Can a gift card pay for an online or delivery order? The card’s published terms cover food and beverage purchases at participating locations; P.F. Chang’s publishes no separate gift-card payment policy for delivery orders on its gift card pages. Delivery itself is offered on orders placed through pfchangs.com, with availability varying by location and time.

Looking for a specific restaurant? Locations, addresses and store-level hours live in the directory and on the chain’s official locator — this page covers the menu, not individual stores. Planning a catered event? P.F. Chang’s catering — boxed lunches and tray packages — is a separate service covered apart from this menu; the Chef’s Feast above is the family format that belongs to the menu itself.

Need this menu on paper? Print this page from your browser — it prints as the complete P.F. Chang’s menu. The chain’s own documents are linked from pfchangs.com/nutrition: the “Autumn in Kyoto 2026” nutrition and allergen PDFs are the official print-format companions to this page.

Menu verified — October 2026. Prices were captured from P.F. Chang’s official online ordering menus for Kierland (Scottsdale, AZ), North Dallas Tollway (Dallas, TX) and Orlando, FL on October 26, 2026, and are shown as the lowest-to-highest range found; pfchangs.com itself publishes no prices and states that pricing varies by location. Your local restaurant sets its own prices and may charge more or less, and delivery apps usually cost more. Calories are the chain’s published figures from “PFC National Menu Nutrition — Autumn in Kyoto 2026” (revised September 2026) for traditional portions unless a section states otherwise; the official guide publishes no beverage calories, and none were estimated.

Prices vary by location and may change at any time. This menu was last verified: October 2026.
