Ordering Guide & Tips

Planet Smoothie is a smoothie and bowls chain founded in 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia, part of the Kahala Brands family since 2015, with more than 100 stores, each independently owned and operated. The complete current menu is 83 items in 10 categories, and the whole menu runs on one size and boost model, stated once here: smoothies come in 20 oz, 32 oz and 44 oz; kids smoothies come in 12 oz; bowls come in one size with a choice of açaí, dragon fruit or half & half base. Customization runs through two add-on rails — Blasts and Add-Ins, defined in their sections below. Planet Smoothie publishes no national prices: no price appears on any menu or product page on the chain’s national site, and prices exist only per store, inside that store’s ordering menu, after a store is picked. Calories on this page come from the chain’s official Nutritional Information Reference v.072525, dated July 25, 2025, and 80 of the 83 items carry an official figure — the three exceptions are the fall 2026 limited-time line, stated as a gap in its section below, never estimated.

The Menu at a Glance

The menu taxonomy on this page is the chain’s own menu navigation, in the chain’s own order. The structured menu on this page carries every item with its ingredients and its per-size or per-base calories.

Category Items Calories
New & Featured 3 Not yet published (limited-time line)
Bowls 6 490–850 by base
Planet Favorites 8 160–1,190 by size
Superfood 6 200–1,040 by size
Energy 5 260–750 by size
Protein 6 230–1,020 by size
Meal Replacement 5 340–860 by size
Planet Kids 5 120–190 at 12 oz
Add-Ins 29 0–280 per serving
Blasts 10 10–90 per serving

Four menu-scope answers belong here, at the top. There is no breakfast menu — the entire menu is an all-day menu; no item is a breakfast item and no separate breakfast card exists. There is no official secret menu — every orderable build is a published menu item plus the published Add-Ins and Blasts rails. There are no wraps, sandwiches or other cafe food items — the food side of the menu is the bowls; everything else is a smoothie. Frozen yogurt is an ingredient, not a product line — it is built into many smoothies and is sold as an Add-In at 40 calories per serving; no standalone frozen yogurt is on the menu. The fall-menu demand resolves to the limited-time line in New & Featured, next.

New & Featured — The Dark Chocolate Granola Line

The current featured line is a fall 2026 limited-time line built on dark chocolate sea salt granola, three items, each tagged Seasonal in the structured menu:

  • Protein Powerhouse — coffee, peanut butter, cocoa, bananas, oatmilk, frozen yogurt, dark chocolate sea salt granola and whey protein.
  • Chocolate Mountain Man Crunch — cocoa, peanut butter, bananas, frozen yogurt and dark chocolate sea salt granola. The chain’s menu page also flags this item a fan favorite.
  • Dark Chocolate Granola Bowl — strawberries, bananas, blueberries and dark chocolate sea salt granola over your choice of açaí, dragon fruit or half & half base, with your choice of drizzle.

The chain’s own crew tip for the line: the dark chocolate sea salt granola goes into any smoothie or bowl as an add-in. No end date for the line is published.

The calorie gap is printed as a gap. These three items postdate the chain’s Nutritional Information Reference v.072525 (July 25, 2025); the reference contains no rows for them, so no official calories exist for them yet. Their calorie fields on this page are blank by design, and no figure from any other source fills them.

Planet Favorites — The Named Smoothies

Planet Favorites is the chain’s core smoothie roster: eight builds, each published at 20, 32 and 44 oz in the structured menu.

The Last Mango

The Last Mango — listed in exactly that form, “The Last Mango,” on the current menu — is mango, peaches, bananas and orange sherbet: 260 / 400 / 530 calories at 20 / 32 / 44 oz.

Captain Kid — Two Builds, Two Homes

Captain Kid appears twice in the chain’s own taxonomy, and both builds are real. In Planet Favorites it is the full-size strawberries-and-orange-sherbet smoothie at 330 / 460 / 660 calories (20 / 32 / 44 oz). In Planet Kids it is the 12 oz kids build at 170 calories, in the Planet Kids section below. Same name, two sizes, two calorie panels — the structured menu carries each build in its home category with its own figure.

Twig & Berries

Twig & Berries is strawberries, bananas and frozen yogurt: 290 / 420 / 580 calories by size. Its kids counterpart, Twiggy, is a separate item in Planet Kids — the two names are two items, not one item spelled two ways.

Vinnie Del Rocco

Vinnie Del Rocco is raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and orange sherbet: 310 / 400 / 630 calories by size.

PBJ

PBJ is peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and nonfat milk: 600 / 840 / 1,190 calories by size — the highest-calorie smoothie on the menu at 44 oz. The chain flags PBJ a fan favorite.

Lunar Lemonade

Lunar Lemonade is strawberries, lemon juice and bananas: 160 / 240 / 320 calories by size. At 160 calories in the 20 oz, it is the lowest-calorie full-size smoothie on the menu — the healthy and low-calorie demand throughout the keyword set resolves to this row and the table in Nutrition below.

Strawberry Colada

Strawberry Colada is pineapple, coconut, strawberries and nonfat milk: 260 / 370 / 530 calories by size. It is also the menu’s answer to strawberry-colada calorie demand — the figure is this build’s official panel, in the structured menu.

Bubble Trouble

Bubble Trouble is mango boba, strawberries, mango, lemon juice and orange juice: 270 / 340 / 440 calories by size, flagged a fan favorite. The nutrition reference prints this item as “Bubble Trouble Boba”; the current menu name, used here, is Bubble Trouble.

One honest roster note closes this section: Leapin’ Lizard, Yo Adrian, Muscle Up Buttercup, Dragon Berry Whip and Dragon Fruit Wave are not on the October 2026 menu. Those names survive on stale aggregator menus reproducing a retired 22 oz-era menu — a retired size basis and a retired roster. The current official menu is the 20 / 32 / 44 oz menu on this page, and retired names carry no rows in it.

Superfood

The Superfood category is the açaí, dragon fruit and coconut-water platform, six builds:

  • Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash — dragon fruit, lemon juice, strawberries, pineapple: 200 / 310 / 400 calories by size.
  • Rio Berry Bliss — coconut water, açaí, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple: 290 / 450 / 580 calories.
  • Fiji Island Breeze — coconut water, leafy greens, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, bananas: 220 / 330 / 440 calories. Flagged a fan favorite, and the menu’s green-smoothie build alongside Lean Green Extreme in Protein.
  • PB Dragon Fruit Riptide — dragon fruit, bananas, peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, whole grain oats, frozen yogurt: 530 / 770 / 930 calories, with 15 / 21 / 26 g protein by size.
  • Amazon Kick — açaí, blueberries, strawberries, bananas: 280 / 420 / 560 calories.
  • Mountain Man Crunch — peanut butter, bananas, granola, honey, frozen yogurt: 520 / 730 / 1,040 calories, with 17 / 24 / 35 g protein by size. Flagged a fan favorite. The fall limited-time Chocolate Mountain Man Crunch in New & Featured is the dark-chocolate-granola variant of this build’s platform.

Energy

Five builds, four of them built on the chain’s Energy Blast — the supplement blast defined in Blasts below:

  • Road Runner — blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, orange juice, energy blast: 260 / 370 / 500 calories.
  • Java The Nut — coffee, cocoa, peanut butter, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk: 380 / 570 / 750 calories, with 14 / 21 / 28 g protein by size. Java The Nut is the current menu name for the coffee build; no separate “Java Jolt” item is on the current menu.
  • Mango Passion — mango, passion fruit, strawberries, energy blast: 380 / 520 / 740 calories.
  • Chocolate Elvis — cocoa, peanut butter, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, energy blast: 380 / 570 / 750 calories. Flagged a fan favorite.
  • Shag-A-Delic — blueberries, strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, energy blast: 350 / 470 / 680 calories. Flagged a fan favorite.

Protein

The Protein category carries the chain’s printed protein callouts, and the chain’s own footnote fixes their basis: Protein category protein figures are based on the 20 oz size. The structured menu prints the protein for every size in each item’s description. The six builds run on whey, collagen or plant-based protein. One name is answered here as a legacy name only: Planet Pro is the chain’s retired protein-era name — no current menu item carries it, and it holds no row in the structured menu.

  • Big Bang — strawberries, bananas, whey protein: 290 / 390 / 520 calories; 13 g protein at 20 oz. Together with Twig & Berries, this build answers the strawberry-banana calorie demand — no smoothie named “Strawberry Banana” is on the menu; these two strawberry-and-banana builds are the menu.
  • Chocolate Chimp — cocoa, bananas, honey, whey protein: 230 / 340 / 410 calories; 14 g protein at 20 oz.
  • Lean Green Extreme — pineapple, mango, bananas, leafy greens, orange juice, lemon juice, plant-based protein: 270 / 360 / 460 calories; 15 g protein at 20 oz per the Nutritional Information Reference (the menu page badge prints 16 g; the reference document governs on this page).
  • Peanut Butter Power Up — peanut butter, bananas, whole grain oats, chia seeds, frozen yogurt: 570 / 750 / 1,020 calories; 20 g protein at 20 oz, 36 g at 44 oz. Flagged a fan favorite.
  • Mr. Mongo — strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, whey protein: 370 / 520 / 690 calories; 17 g protein at 20 oz.
  • Get Up & Glow — coffee, peanut butter, cocoa, bananas, oatmilk, frozen yogurt, granola, collagen peptides: 420 / 620 / 810 calories; 22 g protein at 20 oz, 35 g at 44 oz. Flagged a fan favorite.

Meal Replacement

Five builds on whey meal replacement protein, the highest-protein line on the menu. The chain’s own category framing is whey protein isolate plus 15 vitamins & minerals; “meal replacement” at this chain is this five-item category, not a separate shake line. Protein totals here are printed per size, and the structured menu carries every size’s figure:

  • Peanut Butter Punch — peanut butter, bananas, whey meal replacement protein: 460 / 630 / 770 calories; 43 / 56 / 61 g protein by size — the highest protein figure on the menu.
  • Strawberry Super Squeeze — strawberries, bananas, whey meal replacement protein: 340 / 490 / 560 calories; 34 / 43 / 43 g protein.
  • Cookie Crusher — OREO® Cookies, frozen yogurt, whey meal replacement protein: 490 / 690 / 860 calories; 39 / 50 / 53 g protein. Flagged a fan favorite.
  • PB Blues — peanut butter, blueberries, bananas, whey meal replacement protein: 430 / 610 / 780 calories; 43 / 56 / 60 g protein. At 15 g sugar in the 20 oz, PB Blues is also the lowest-sugar full-size smoothie on the menu — the low-sugar and low-carb demand resolves to this row and the sugar figures printed per item in the structured menu.
  • All Shook Up — cocoa, bananas, peanut butter, whey meal replacement protein: 470 / 640 / 780 calories; 43 / 56 / 61 g protein. Flagged a fan favorite.

Bowls

The bowls are the food side of the menu: six bowls in one size, each built on your choice of açaí, dragon fruit or half & half base. Bowl size demand has a one-line answer — bowls come in one size; the choice inside a bowl is the base, and the base moves the calories. Every bowl’s per-base figures are in the structured menu; the pattern across all six is the same: dragon fruit is the lowest-calorie base, açaí the highest, half & half in between.

  • Berry Brazilian — strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, honey: 610 / 490 / 550 calories on açaí / dragon fruit / half & half. Flagged a fan favorite. This bowl is the chain’s headline açaí bowl, and its panel is the açaí-bowl nutrition answer for the menu.
  • Dark & Dreamy — strawberries, bananas, coconut, mini dark chocolate chips, granola: 850 / 730 / 790 calories by base.
  • Funky Monkey — whey protein crisps, peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, granola: 730 / 610 / 670 calories by base, with 17 / 20 / 18 g protein — the protein bowl on the menu.
  • Heavenly with Nutella® — NUTELLA®, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola: 750 / 630 / 690 calories by base. This bowl is the menu’s Nutella bowl and its chocolate-hazelnut bowl — one item answering both names. It is also the build formerly listed as Heavenly Chocolate Hazelnut; Heavenly with Nutella® is its current menu name.
  • Mango Boba — mango boba, strawberries, bananas, granola: 630 / 510 / 570 calories by base.
  • PB & the Bee — peanut butter, blueberries, bananas, granola, honey: 820 / 700 / 760 calories by base. Flagged a fan favorite.

The seventh bowl is the limited-time Dark Chocolate Granola Bowl in New & Featured above. The remaining bowl demand resolves against this roster, definitively: there is no cookie-butter bowl and no yogurt bowl on the current menu — the chocolate-spread bowl is Heavenly with Nutella®, and frozen yogurt exists on this menu as a smoothie ingredient and an Add-In, not as a bowl base. Bowl toppings are a separate rail: the 12 bowl toppings sit inside Add-Ins below, portioned as toppings, and Bowl Day and free-bowl promotions sit in Deals, where promotions belong.

Planet Kids

Yes — Planet Smoothie has a dedicated kids menu. Planet Kids is a five-item line at a single kids size, 12 oz:

  • Captain Kid — strawberries, orange sherbet: 170 calories. The kids build of the Planet Favorites item of the same name; the two builds and their two calorie panels are both on this page, each in its home category.
  • Twiggy — strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt: 190 calories. The kids counterpart of Twig & Berries, sold as its own item under its own name.
  • Cosmic Cocoa — peanut butter, cocoa, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk: 180 calories, with 7 g protein — the highest-protein kids smoothie.
  • Little Lunar — strawberries, lemon juice, bananas: 120 calories — the lowest-calorie item on the entire menu.
  • Berry Strawberry — strawberries: 150 calories. Flagged a fan favorite.

Sizes, Blasts & Add-Ins — How a Smoothie Is Built

The size platform is fixed chain-wide, and it answers every size question on one table:

Format Sizes Basis
Smoothies 20 oz / 32 oz / 44 oz Small / medium / large — the 20 oz is the small, the 44 oz is the large
Kids smoothies 12 oz Planet Kids line only
Bowls One size Choice of açaí, dragon fruit or half & half base
Blasts Per serving Added to any smoothie; priced per store
Add-Ins Per standard serving Priced per store

One size answer is a negative, stated plainly: there is no 22 oz size. The smallest smoothie on the current menu is the 20 oz; the 22 oz figures circulating on aggregator menus belong to a retired size basis and a retired roster, not to this menu.

Blasts — The Supplement Rail

Blasts are supplement add-ons, not drinks. A blast goes into any smoothie; like every price at this chain, the per-blast charge is set by the store and is published nowhere nationally. The 10 blasts, with each blast’s own calories and protein from the nutrition reference:

Blast Calories Protein
Collagen Peptides 35 10 g
Energy 15 0 g
Fat Burner 20 0 g
Hydration 15 0 g
Immunity 10 0 g
Meal Replacement Protein 90 21 g
Multivitamin 15 0 g
Plant-Based Protein 70 13 g
Probiotic 20 0 g
Whey Protein 60 12 g

The Energy Blast is the Energy blast in this table — a 15-calorie supplement serving, built into Road Runner, Mango Passion, Chocolate Elvis and Shag-A-Delic on the Energy menu, and addable to any other smoothie. Its caffeine figure is a nutrition fact and sits in Nutrition below, stated once. The Fat Burner, Immunity and Hydration blasts are the functional blasts in the same rail, at 20, 10 and 15 calories per serving; the chain flags Hydration a fan favorite. The blasts are supplements, and the chain carries its standard FDA-not-evaluated disclaimer on them — each blast’s structured-menu description carries that framing.

Add-Ins — The Customization Rail

The Add-Ins rail has two groups under one category. The first group is 17 smoothie add-ins, each at a standard serving with its own calories: Açaí (70), Bananas (40), Blueberries (35), Chia Seeds (35), Cocoa (5), Coconut Water (10), Coconut (70), Coffee (5), Dragon Fruit (50), Frozen Yogurt (40), Granola (60), Honey (20), Leafy Greens (10), LeanLeaf® Sweetener (0), Lemon Juice (0), Mango Boba (70) and Whole Grain Oats (100).

The second group is the 12 bowl toppings, filed in the structured menu inside Add-Ins with “(Bowl Topping)” in the name: Whey Protein Crisps (40 calories, 7 g protein), Nutella® (150), Mini Dark Chocolate Chips (280), Bananas (80), Blueberries (5), Coconut (35), Granola (110), Honey (60), Mango Boba (70), Strawberries (15), Peanut Butter (190, 8 g protein) and Chia Seeds (35). The two groups portion the same ingredients differently, and the nutrition reference portions them differently too — a banana is 40 calories as a smoothie add-in (a 3-inch piece) and 80 calories as a bowl topping (a 6-inch piece). The serving basis printed in each structured row is the figure’s basis; the two never blur.

Prices — Planet Smoothie Publishes No National Prices

Planet Smoothie publishes no national prices. There is no national price for a smoothie, a bowl or a kids smoothie. No price appears on any menu or product page on the chain’s national site, and none appears in its nutrition, allergen or ingredient PDFs. Prices exist only per store, inside the official ordering storefront (order.planetsmoothie.com, an Olo storefront): the ordering flow starts with a store pick, and that store’s menu carries that store’s prices. That position was verified on October 27, 2026.

That is the complete, definitive answer to “how much is a smoothie at Planet Smoothie” and to every per-item and per-bowl price row in demand: the chain itself publishes no figure, one store’s prices are not a national range, and aggregator and delivery menus disagree from store to store — and for this chain they are worse than inconsistent, as the note at the end of this page details. This page therefore prints no per-item prices and no aggregator figures for any item.

The sizes half of the sizes-and-prices demand is national and is answered in full on the size table above — sizes are chain-wide, prices are per store, and the two facts are never merged into a single invented figure. The add-on rails are part of the same position: Blasts and Add-Ins are charged per serving at the store’s own prices, and no national per-blast or per-add-in figure exists to print.

Nutrition & Calories

Every calorie, sugar and protein figure on this page comes from one source: the chain’s official Nutritional Information Reference v.072525, dated July 25, 2025. That edition date is the date of the data — it is stated here as printed and is never freshened. The reference publishes a full panel per size or base, and the structured menu on this page carries the complete panel set: the calorie range across sizes in each item’s calorie field, and every size’s calories, sugar and protein in its description.

The nutrition-document demand — the nutrition PDF, chart, guide, facts and calculator rows — resolves to that same reference. It is the chain’s only published nutrition document, it is linked from every product page on the chain’s site, and its per-size panels are the calculation basis for any size combination: a smoothie at a given size has exactly the figure the panel prints for that size, plus 15 calories for an Energy Blast, 60 for a Whey Protein blast, and the per-serving figure of any Add-In. No separate calculator exists on the chain’s site, and none is needed past that arithmetic.

Energy Blast caffeine: 60 mg per blast, per the chain’s official item pages. That single figure answers the caffeine demand for the Energy Blast and for the four Energy-category smoothies built on it.

The sugar demand is answered from the same reference, which publishes sugars and added-sugars columns for every item and size. The per-size sugar figures are carried in each item’s structured description, and those published columns — not a blanket claim — are the answer to the does-it-add-sugar and no-added-sugar rows: a build’s added-sugar position is exactly what its panel prints, item by item and size by size.

Lowest- and Highest-Calorie Picks

Smoothie (20 oz unless noted) Calories
Lunar Lemonade — lowest full-size 160
Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash 200
Fiji Island Breeze 220
Chocolate Chimp 230
PBJ at 44 oz — highest on the menu 1,190
Mountain Man Crunch at 44 oz 1,040
Peanut Butter Power Up at 44 oz 1,020

Across the whole full-size menu, smoothies run from 160 to 1,190 calories depending on the item and the size — size is the biggest single variable, which is why every figure on this page carries its size. The kids line runs 120–190 calories at 12 oz, with Little Lunar at 120 the lowest-calorie item on the menu. On sugar, the structured descriptions print every size’s figure: PB Blues is the lowest-sugar full-size smoothie at 15 g in the 20 oz, and the Meal Replacement line as a group carries the lowest sugar figures on the menu (15–39 g at 20 oz against 33–71 g across Planet Favorites). On protein, the ceiling is Peanut Butter Punch at 61 g in the 44 oz (43 g at 20 oz), and the Protein category’s figures carry the chain’s 20 oz basis stated in that section. The açaí-bowl nutrition platform is the bowls panel set: six bowls at 490–850 calories depending on the bowl and the base, with the dragon fruit base the lowest on every bowl.

Two data gaps are printed as gaps, here and in their sections. The three dark-chocolate-granola limited-time items carry no published calories — the July 25, 2025 reference predates the line. No figure on this page comes from an aggregator menu — the aggregator listings circulating for this chain reproduce a retired 22 oz menu with retired items, and their nutrition figures belong to that retired menu, not this one.

Allergens, Ingredients & Dietary

Planet Smoothie’s allergen position is published as two official documents, both linked from every product page on the chain’s site: a Food Allergies and Sensitivities PDF — a per-item matrix across the top-9 FDA allergens (soy, egg, milk, peanut, wheat, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish) — and an Ingredient Statement PDF printing the full ingredient statement for every item. Those two documents are the allergen menu for this chain; this page states their pattern and points every per-item question at them and at the ingredient lists carried in the structured menu.

The pattern in the matrix is consistent: most fruit smoothies are allergen-free in the matrix; milk runs across the sherbet and frozen-yogurt builds; peanut runs across the peanut-butter line; and the bowls add tree nuts and sesame through the granola and toppings. The chain’s standard cross-contact position applies throughout: items are built to standard formulations, and preparation varies by store. Per-item ingredient demand — Chocolate Elvis, Lunar Lemonade, Peanut Butter Power Up, The Last Mango, Twig & Berries and the rest — is answered by the ingredient list printed with each item in the structured menu on this page, taken from the chain’s own menu pages and Ingredient Statement, never from an aggregator’s ingredient list.

Gluten-Free, Keto & Vegan — Answered From the Ingredient Statements

The chain publishes no separate gluten-free menu, no keto menu and no vegan menu. Each platform is answered from the official documents instead. For gluten: the allergen matrix marks wheat item by item, and the Ingredient Statement prints every build — a smoothie built on fruit, juice and sherbet carries a different wheat position from a bowl carrying granola, and the matrix is the authority for the specific item, the whey-protein builds and blasts included. The recurring single-ingredient composition questions — the granola, the orange sherbet, the açaí base — are answered by the Ingredient Statement’s own entries for those ingredients, carried with the builds that use them. For keto and low-carb: the governing figures are sugar figures, printed per item and per size in the structured menu — the lowest-sugar full-size smoothie is PB Blues at 15 g sugar in the 20 oz, and the Meal Replacement line carries the menu’s lowest sugar figures as a group. For vegan: the builds whose published ingredient lists contain no milk, egg or honey include Lunar Lemonade (strawberries, lemon juice, bananas), Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash (dragon fruit, lemon juice, strawberries, pineapple), Amazon Kick (açaí, blueberries, strawberries, bananas) and Fiji Island Breeze (coconut water, leafy greens, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, bananas) — the Ingredient Statement is the check for any other build, since frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, sherbet, honey and whey are the ingredients that move a build off that list.

Hours

Planet Smoothie has no chain-wide hours. Every store sets its own hours, and each store’s official page publishes that store’s dine-in, pickup and delivery hours. The pattern across sampled official store pages is consistent: weekday openings at 7–8 AM and closings at 8–9 PM, Saturday openings at 8–9 AM, and shorter Sundays. The samples behind that pattern:

Store (official page) Mon–Fri Sat Sun
Peachtree City, GA (#18501) 8 AM–8 PM 9 AM–8 PM 11 AM–7 PM
Apollo Beach, FL (#19275) 7 AM–9 PM 8 AM–9 PM 8:30 AM–7 PM
Lake Mary, FL (#19233) 7 AM–9 PM 8 AM–9 PM 9 AM–8 PM

That table is a pattern, not a timetable — no opening or closing time in it is a promise for any other store. Holiday hours — Easter, Thanksgiving and the rest — follow the same per-store rule: the chain publishes no chain-wide holiday schedule, and each store’s page carries its own holiday hours. For a specific store’s hours today, its open-now status or its holiday schedule, use that store’s listing — store locations and hours live in the directory, bridged at the end of this page.

Gift Cards

Planet Smoothie gift cards are sold in stores and online — physical cards by mail and eGift cards — through the chain’s official gift-cards page and its online card store. The balance question that seeds this brand’s keyword cluster has a direct official route:

  • Balance check: the official gift-cards page runs a “Check Your Balance” check — have the card handy and enter its details there. That online check is the balance platform; no phone-only or in-store-only limit applies to it.
  • Bulk program: corporate and community bulk orders start at $500.
  • Denominations, fees and expiry: the official gift-card pages publish no denominations, no fee terms and no expiry terms — and none are asserted on this page. Any denomination or expiry figure printed by a third-party card reseller is that reseller’s listing, not the chain’s published term.
  • Cross-brand use: the official gift-cards page publishes no use at other Kahala Brands chains, and none is claimed here — the card’s published home is Planet Smoothie.

Gift cards also intersect the rewards program at exactly one point, stated in Deals below: buying a gift card earns no Planet VIP points; paying with a gift card earns points.

Deals, Planet VIP Rewards & the App

Planet VIP is the chain’s loyalty program, powered by Spendgo™, and it pays in points:

  • Earn: 1 point per full $1 spent, pre-tax and pre-tip, on qualifying purchases. Excluded from earning: third-party delivery orders, coupons and discounts, gratuity and taxes.
  • Redeem: every 50 points converts to a $5 reward, usable on an in-store or online transaction of $5 or more. One reward per transaction, the account must be fully registered to redeem, and a reward expires 90 days from issue. Points themselves carry no stated expiry in the program FAQ — the 90-day clock applies to generated rewards.
  • Signup offer: $1 off any 20 oz smoothie or larger on registration.
  • Birthday reward: $6, loaded 7 days before the birthday and redeemable from 7 days before to 7 days after it. That $6 loaded reward is the chain’s complete birthday program — the birthday-freebie demand resolves to it, with its window.
  • Gift cards: gift-card purchases earn no points; paying with a gift card earns points.
  • Missed points: a missed earning claim runs within 30 days, with the receipt check number.
  • The program replaced the old Plum Rewards, with visits and points transferred. Membership starts at age 13, and the program runs at participating locations.

The deals platform around the program is stated at exactly the level the chain publishes it. The chain runs its offers through the app and Planet VIP, not through public coupon codes — no standing public coupon code, promo code or discount code exists on the chain’s national pages, and first-order and code-site listings reproduce offers whose real home is the app. There is no published chain-wide happy hour and no published chain-wide military discount — both heads are answered with that fact, not with an invented window or percentage. Weekday deal heads (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday deals), Bowl Day and free-item heads (free smoothie, free bowl, free Lunar Lemonade) and holiday deal heads (Veterans Day) resolve the same way: those offers run as limited Planet VIP and app offers at participating stores, with their terms inside the offer, and no standing national terms for any of them are published.

The app is the Planet VIP and online-ordering channel — rewards, ordering and offers live in one place, and online ordering also runs on order.planetsmoothie.com with a store pick first. The national site publishes the app as that channel and publishes no chain-wide Apple Pay statement; wallet payment at a specific store is a fact of that store’s checkout, not a chain-published term.

Looking for a specific store, its hours today, or the Planet Smoothie near you? Locations live in the JanesRestaurant directory — this page covers the chain’s menu, not individual stores, and the near-me, city and drive-thru demand bridges there. Two border notes close the page: ordering and delivery run through the chain’s own storefront — pick a store at order.planetsmoothie.com and that store’s menu, prices and delivery options govern the order; and the chain publishes no catering menu on its national site, so catering enquiries belong to the local store.

Need this menu on paper? Print this page from your browser — it prints as the complete Planet Smoothie menu with calories. The chain’s own printable nutrition document is the Nutritional Information Reference itself, linked from every product page on its site.

Menu verified — October 2026. Planet Smoothie publishes no national prices: no prices appear on the chain’s menu/product pages or in its PDFs, and prices exist only per store inside the official Olo ordering storefront after a store is picked (verified October 27, 2026) — so no menu prices are printed on this page at all. Calories, sugar and protein are from the chain’s official Nutritional Information Reference v.072525, dated July 25, 2025 — the edition is stated as printed, never freshened; the three fall 2026 dark-chocolate-granola items postdate that reference and carry no published figures. Allergen positions are from the official Food Allergies and Sensitivities PDF and Ingredient Statement. Stale-menu warning: aggregator and delivery listings circulating for this chain reproduce a retired 22 oz-era menu with retired items (Leapin’ Lizard, Merlin’s Pineapple and others) — that roster and its figures are not the current menu and were not used anywhere on this page. Every store is independently owned and operated and sets its own hours.

Prices vary by location and may change at any time. This menu was last verified: October 2026.
