Ordering Guide & Tips

The Ultimate Feast at Red Lobster costs $45.99–$52.99, the Admiral’s Feast costs $28.99–$30.99, a pound of Snow Crab Legs costs $32.99–$37.99, and every entrée comes with two warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits included. Red Lobster runs two price tiers across the chain, so every price on this page is the verified range from Red Lobster’s own published store menus — its syndicated per-store menu feed, checked at Maplewood, Minnesota, Medford, Oregon and Niles, Illinois in October 2026 and spot-checked against the item pages on redlobster.com. Below is the full Red Lobster menu: feasts, crab, seafood boils, shrimp, pastas, lunch, daily deals and the bar, with the calories Red Lobster publishes for every item.

How the Red Lobster Menu Works

The menu is built around set formats, and the full priced list for each one is in the menu on this page:

  • Signature Feasts — combination platters (lobster, crab, shrimp and fish on one plate) served with your choice of two sides. The Ultimate Feast is the head of the menu; the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast adds $5 to it and lets you pick two premium and two classic selections.
  • Crab Your Way — a pound of snow crab ($32.99–$37.99) or Bairdi crab (+$5) served over crispy potatoes with one side and your choice of butter: Simply Steamed, Roasted Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper Butter, Cajun Butter, OLD BAY & Butter, RL Signature Butter, or Hot Honey Butter for a limited time.
  • Seafood Boils — a steaming shake-and-serve bag brought to the table: the Mariner’s Boil (lobster tail, snow crab, a dozen shrimp, corn, red potatoes) or the Sailor’s Boil (two dozen shrimp, Cajun sausage, corn, red potatoes), in your choice of flavor and heat level — Original, Spicy, Extra Spicy or Scorchin’. No substitutions.
  • Shrimp Your Way — pick two, three or four shrimp flavors on one plate ($16.99–$19.99 / $19.99–$23.99 / $22.99–$27.99) from seven flavors: Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp, Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, Grilled Shrimp, Crispy Dragon Shrimp and Popcorn Shrimp, with one side.
  • Pastas — every linguini Alfredo comes in a Full portion and a smaller Lighter Portion at a lower price.
  • Add-Ons — a Maine lobster tail, rock lobster tail, half pound of snow crab legs, scallops or shrimp can be added to any entrée; each add-on is cheaper added to an entrée than ordered à la carte, and both prices are listed in the menu.

Two things hold across the whole menu: every entrée includes two Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and entrées list their sides in the item description — most feasts and classics come with your choice of two sides, while platters like the Sailor’s Platter come with Chesapeake fries as served. One item has no fixed price at all: the Live Maine Lobster is Market Price — Red Lobster publishes no figure for it, so none is printed here.

The Feasts & Named Dishes

The Ultimate Feast ($45.99–$52.99, 1,280 calories) is the dish the chain is known for: a Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, Walt’s Favorite Shrimp and garlic shrimp scampi with two sides. The Create Your Own Ultimate Feast ($50.99–$57.99) is the same plate rebuilt around your picks — two premium selections (Maine Lobster Tail, Snow Crab Legs, Atlantic Salmon, 7 oz. Sirloin, Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster or Lobster Pasta au Gratin) plus two classics (Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, Grilled Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp or Shrimp Linguini Alfredo).

The two-lobster plates are the Lobster Lover’s Duo ($44.99–$52.99) — a Maine tail and a Rock tail, both roasted — and Grilled Lobster, Shrimp & Salmon ($41.99–$49.99) finished with a brown butter sauce. The two Surf & Turf builds pair a Maine lobster tail with a 7 oz. sirloin ($38.99–$43.99) or, for the +$8.99 upgrade charged at every store checked, a 6 oz. Filet Mignon ($47.98–$52.98).

The fried platters anchor the lower price end: the Admiral’s Feast ($28.99–$30.99) — Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, wild-caught flounder and clam strips, all crisped — and the Sailor’s Platter ($21.99–$25.99), shrimp scampi, crispy flounder and popcorn shrimp over Chesapeake fries. Among the classics, Salmon New Orleans ($28.99–$33.99) is blackened salmon topped with shrimp in a Cajun butter sauce; Fish & Chips ($19.99–$22.99 full, $16.99–$19.99 lighter) is beer-battered wild-caught cod; and the land side of the menu runs from a 7 oz. Sirloin ($20.99–$23.99) and 6 oz. Filet Mignon ($29.99–$32.99) to Parmesan-Crusted Chicken ($19.99–$21.99) and a Cheeseburger ($13.99–$17.99).

Endless Shrimp: The Current Status

The permanent $20 Ultimate Endless Shrimp from 2023 is gone. That standing all-you-can-eat offer was removed after the chain’s 2024 bankruptcy, and it is not a current menu item — any page still quoting $20 (or $22/$25) for an everyday Endless Shrimp is quoting the old offer.

What exists now, as of October 2026, is two things. First, Endless Shrimp has returned as a limited-time, dine-in-only offer, relaunched in August 2026 with two new flavors — OLD BAY Seasoned Scampi and Garlic Bread-Crusted Shrimp — alongside the returning flavors. It is a limited-time promotion, not a permanent menu fixture, and it ends when the promotion ends. Second, Endless Shrimp runs every Monday as the Monday Daily Deal at $24.99–$29.99, dine-in only, not available on holidays, served with one side. The Monday deal covers four classic flavors — Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Walt’s Favorite Shrimp and Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp — which you mix and match round by round.

How much is Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster now?$24.99–$29.99 as the Monday Daily Deal, depending on location. The limited-time 2026 return is priced at the restaurant. The old permanent $20 price no longer exists.
Is Endless Shrimp all day?The Monday Daily Deal runs all day on Mondays, dine-in only. It is not available on holidays.

Specials, Daily Deals & Happy Hour

Red Lobster’s standing specials structure is a weekday deal calendar, checked on the official specials page and current store menus on 25 October 2026. Every weekday carries one deal, dine-in or to go:

Day Daily Deal
Monday Endless Shrimp
Tuesday Crab Lover’s Duo — ½ lb snow crab legs + Crab & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo
Wednesday Steak & Walt’s Favorite Shrimp
Thursday Salmon New Orleans
Friday Fish & Chips

Each deal is a priced row in the Weekday Daily Deals section of the menu on this page — the Friday Fish & Chips deal is the cheapest seat in the calendar at $15.99–$17.99, and the Monday Endless Shrimp is covered in full in its own section above.

Early Dine-In Specials run on weekdays from 3–6 PM: five entrées under $15 — the Cheeseburger and lighter portions of Chicken Linguini Alfredo, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Fish & Chips and Crunch-Fried Flounder. Prices and participation vary by location.

Happy Hour runs Monday–Friday, 3–6 PM at participating locations: the Classic Margarita, Long Island Iced Tea, Coconut Mojito, Watermelon Mint Martini and Fire & Tide Margarita, 20 oz drafts and select wines by the glass, plus five starters — Lobster Flatbread, Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms, Crab Queso, Lobster Dip and Mozzarella Cheesesticks. Red Lobster does not publish happy-hour prices on its menu, so no happy-hour figures are printed here. A Late Night Happy Hour launched on October 12, 2026: Monday–Friday, 9 PM to close, with $6 signature cocktails, wine and beer and $2 off select starters.

Lobsterfest and Crabfest are seasonal events, not standing offers. Neither name is a permanent promotion: each returns for a limited run with its own event menu, and neither is running as a standing offer on the menu verified for this page. When a festival is not on, the standing seafood events are the Weekday Daily Deals above, the Early Dine-In Specials and the seafood boils below. Deal lineups rotate — the calendar on this page is the lineup verified in October 2026.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Every entrée comes with two warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits, included in the price of the meal — that is the serving the menu guarantees, and the biscuits are baked in-house from the chain’s own recipe. A single biscuit has 160 calories. If you want more than the two on the plate, the priced route is the take-home order: a Half Dozen (6) costs $4.99 and a Dozen (12) costs $7.49 at the prices listed on redlobster.com — local pricing varies by location. The lunch format below pairs them with endless soup and salad at lunch. The biscuit mix sold in grocery stores is a retail product, separate from the restaurant menu.

Are Cheddar Bay Biscuits free at Red Lobster? Two biscuits are included with every entrée at no extra charge. Beyond the included serving, extra biscuits are sold to go — $4.99 for six, $7.49 for twelve, at the listed redlobster.com prices.
How many calories are in a Cheddar Bay Biscuit?160 calories per biscuit. A half dozen is 970 calories and a dozen is 1,940.

Seafood Boils

The boils are the chain’s shake-and-serve bag format, served tableside: the seafood, corn and red potatoes are sealed in a steaming bag with your choice of flavor and heat — Original, Spicy, Extra Spicy or Scorchin’ — and shaken at the table. The Mariner’s Boil ($45.99–$52.99, 600 calories) carries a Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs and a dozen shrimp. The Sailor’s Boil ($30.99–$36.99, 1,320 calories) carries two dozen shrimp and Cajun sausage. Cajun sausage can be added to any boil for $5.99–$6.99. Neither boil allows substitutions. The boils are on the regular menu every day — there is no separate “boil day” — and family-size versions of both boils are sold to go on the Family Meals menu.

Lunch at Red Lobster

Red Lobster serves a real lunch menu Monday–Friday until 3 PM, with lunch-priced portions. Six listings are lunch-only: Endless Soup, Salad & Cheddar Bay Biscuits ($10.49–$12.99) — endless biscuits with New England Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque and a house salad, Caesar salad or coleslaw; Popcorn Shrimp ($11.49–$13.99) with Chesapeake fries; Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp ($13.99–$16.99); Garlic Shrimp Scampi ($14.49–$15.99); Walt’s Favorite Shrimp ($14.99–$17.99); and the Sailor’s Platter ($17.99–$20.99). The rest of the lunch menu repeats dinner items — bowls, sandwiches, pastas and fish — at the same prices as dinner at the stores checked, so the full dinner list in the menu on this page doubles as the rest of the lunch list. Lunch hours themselves are answered in the Hours section below.

Prices: How Red Lobster Pricing Works

Red Lobster sets prices by location, and in practice the chain runs two price tiers: a lower tier (Niles, Illinois in this check) and a higher tier (Maplewood, Minnesota and Medford, Oregon), with most entrées $2–$7 apart between them — the Ultimate Feast runs $45.99 at the low tier and $52.99 at the high tier, the Admiral’s Feast $28.99–$30.99, Fish & Chips $19.99–$22.99. Every range on this page runs from the lowest to the highest of the three stores checked, so your local price sits inside the printed range or at one of its ends. Appetizers and the set-price formats (Shrimp Your Way, the daily deals) vary least; feasts vary most. Two dinner anchors: an Admiral’s Feast and a Fresh Grilled Salmon together run $53.98–$60.98 for two entrées, each with two sides and biscuits included. The one price Red Lobster will not print is the Live Maine Lobster — it is Market Price, set by the day’s market at each restaurant. Prices here were captured on 25 October 2026; delivery apps charge more than these dine-in figures and were not used as a source.

Nutrition & Calories

The calories in the menu on this page are the figures Red Lobster publishes on its own menu. One convention matters: entrée calories include the fixed sides, condiments and dipping sauces served with the dish, but not your chosen sides, which are listed separately — Red Lobster’s own footnote on its menu.

Item Calories
Cheddar Bay Biscuit (each) 160
Ultimate Feast 1,280
Lobster Lover’s Duo 600
Admiral’s Feast 1,670
Sailor’s Platter 1,910
Snow Crab Legs, 1 lb (Crab Your Way, as served) 610
Snow Crab Legs, 1 lb, Simply Steamed 300
Mariner’s Boil 600
Garlic Shrimp Scampi (Shrimp Your Way serving) 220
Walt’s Favorite Shrimp (Shrimp Your Way serving) 260
Salmon New Orleans 1,170
Fresh Grilled Salmon 510
Fish & Chips (Full) 1,520
Chicken Linguini Alfredo (Full) 1,060
Lobster Bisque (Bowl) 630
New England Clam Chowder (Bowl) 500
Key Lime Pie 580
Chocolate Wave 1,110

The lightest full entrées are the grilled ones: Fresh Grilled Salmon at 510, a 7 oz. Sirloin at 320 and the Lobster Lover’s Duo at 600. The Sailor’s Platter, at 1,910, is the heaviest feast on the menu. Butter choice moves crab more than anything else on the menu: a pound of snow crab is 300 calories Simply Steamed and up to 860 with Roasted Garlic Butter. A warning on old figures: calorie numbers still circulating on third-party sites — the Admiral’s Feast at 1,280, Crab Linguini Alfredo at 1,210, Walt’s Favorite Shrimp at 470 — are from the pre-2025 menu and do not match the current official menu. The current figures are the ones printed here: the Admiral’s Feast is 1,670, and the current crab pasta, Crab & Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, is 1,450 for a full portion.

Allergens & Dietary

Red Lobster publishes an official Allergen Guide (redlobster.com/allergen_guide-USA) covering twelve allergens — wheat, dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, finfish, crustacean shellfish, molluscan shellfish, sesame, gluten and sulfites — plus a cross-contact and preparation-method column for every item, and the allergen wizard on redlobster.com filters the menu by the same list.

Does Red Lobster have gluten-free options? No menu item at Red Lobster is certified gluten-free. That is the chain’s own position in its Allergen Guide: items can be made without gluten ingredients, but shared kitchens, fryers and prep areas mean cross-contact is possible. Fried items share fryer oil across the menu, including with shellfish.
What allergens are in the Cheddar Bay Biscuits? The biscuits contain wheat and dairy, and egg and soy per the official guide — they are off the table for wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and soy allergies.
Is the Garlic Shrimp Scampi made with wheat? No wheat ingredient — the scampi contains dairy, soy, sulfites and shellfish. The linguini pastas and the orzo rice do contain wheat. Coconut is a tree nut: it is in the Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp and its piña colada sauce.

For vegetarian eating, the meatless builds are the salads, bowls without protein, sides and the pastas made without meat — Red Lobster publishes no separate vegetarian or vegan menu, and seafood stock and shared fryers run through the kitchen, so the Allergen Guide is the document to check before ordering. The lowest-carb builds on the menu are the grilled seafood and steaks with Seasoned Broccoli (190 calories) or Roasted Asparagus (90 calories) as the side.

Drinks & the Bar

Red Lobster does not publish drink prices on its official menu. Fountain drinks, lemonades, cocktails, beer and wine all appear on the chain’s menu without prices — the drink rows in the menu on this page carry the published calories only, and the price of a drink is set at the restaurant. What is published is the lineup and its calories. The margarita shelf runs from the Grand Patrón Margarita (210 calories) and the Guava Chili Margarita (310) to the Henny Margarita (360), with a Main Deck Margarita Flight (410) and a Lobster Punch (250). Draft beer is poured in 14 oz and 20 oz sizes (120–260 calories depending on size and style), bottled beer and hard seltzer run 100–150, and wine by the glass is 150 calories for 6 oz and 220 for 9 oz. Off the bar: three lemonades (140–260 calories), three Boston Iced Teas (80–110), three Fruit Smoothies (380–460), two zero-proof drinks, and free refills on fountain drinks, lemonades, coffee and teas.

Kids’ Menu & Senior Answers

The kids’ menu has eight items, and Red Lobster publishes their calories in its nutrition data: Garlic-Grilled Shrimp (80 calories), Grilled Chicken (170), Macaroni & Cheese (270), Popcorn Shrimp (430), Golden-Fried Fish (530), Crispy Chicken Tenders (690), a Petite Maine Lobster Tail (360) and the Surf’s Up Sundae (200) for dessert. Red Lobster does not publish kids’ prices in its own store menus — the kids’ rows in the menu on this page carry calories only, and the kids’ price at your restaurant is the one shown in that restaurant. Red Lobster runs no chain-wide kids-eat-free day. For seniors: Red Lobster publishes no senior menu and no chain-wide senior discount. The standing ways to pay less are the Weekday Daily Deals, the Early Dine-In Specials and My Red Lobster Rewards, below.

Deals, Coupons & My Red Lobster Rewards

Red Lobster’s loyalty program is My Red Lobster Rewards, in the Red Lobster app and on redlobster.com: members earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards, and member-only offers run through the app. It is free to join. Beyond the program, this page does not print coupon codes — Red Lobster’s coupons are issued through the app, email and the official offers page, they are time-limited, and any code printed on a third-party page is not one Red Lobster has published. On the standing discount questions: Red Lobster publishes no chain-wide AAA, AARP, military or senior discount; the verified discount structure is the daily-deal calendar, the Early Dine-In Specials, happy hour and the rewards program above.

Hours

Red Lobster restaurants set their hours by location, and the official restaurant locator on redlobster.com is the source of truth for a specific store. The typical pattern is an 11:00 AM opening every day, with closing at 10:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 PM Friday–Saturday. Against that pattern, the fixed points on the day are the lunch menu (Monday–Friday until 3 PM), the Early Dine-In Specials and Happy Hour (weekdays 3–6 PM) and Late Night Happy Hour (weekdays 9 PM to close). Holiday hours vary by restaurant — most locations shorten hours on major holidays and some close — and each store’s holiday schedule is the one shown in the locator, not a chain-wide timetable. There is no breakfast service at any hour; doors open late morning onto the lunch and dinner menu.

Gift Cards

Red Lobster sells physical gift cards and eGift cards on its official gift cards page (redlobster.com/gift-cards) and at its restaurants. You can check a balance three ways:

  • Online: the balance check on the official gift cards page, with the card number and PIN.
  • In store: any Red Lobster restaurant can check the balance at the register.
Are Red Lobster gift cards still valid after the bankruptcy?Yes. Red Lobster gift cards remain valid and are honored at open Red Lobster restaurants. The cards do not expire and carry no fees — a card bought before or during the 2024 Chapter 11 case carries the same value today, under the same official gift-card terms.

The terms are the chain’s standard ones: cards are redeemable for food and drinks at participating Red Lobster restaurants and on redlobster.com orders, they are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it, and they should be treated like cash — a lost or stolen card is not replaced. Keep the card number and PIN: the number is what you enter to check a balance and to pay with the card on an online order.

No Breakfast at Red Lobster

Red Lobster does not serve breakfast or brunch. There is no breakfast menu at any location. Restaurants open late morning — typically 11:00 AM — serving the lunch and dinner menu from opening until close.

Items Not on the Current Menu

Several famous names are not on the verified current menu, and aggregator “2026 menus” scraped from old data still list some of them:

  • Lobster Lover’s Dream — not on the current menu. The current two-lobster plate is the Lobster Lover’s Duo.
  • Bar Harbor Lobster Bake — discontinued; not on the current official menu.
  • Seaside Shrimp Trio — no longer a standalone entrée. The build survives inside the Weekday Shrimp Trio and the family meals.
  • Crab Cakes — not on the current official menu.
  • Lobster and Langostino Pizza, Rainbow Trout, Maple-Glazed Chicken, Cheddar Bay Shrimp and the old 4-Course Feast — none of them is on the current menu.
  • “Wood-Grilled” — the current menu’s word is “Grilled”; the fire-grill naming is gone.
