qMenu is a food ordering platform that connects customers with local restaurants through its online and mobile ordering system. It provides users with a wide selection of local restaurants, delivery menus, coupons, and reviews, allowing them to place orders for delivery or pickup from their favorite eateries. qMenu operates in the United States and has a presence in various cities, with a large number of restaurants listed on its platform. qMenu offers a range of features, including real-time order status updates, no markups to restaurants' original pricing, and the ability to pay with various platforms. The platform also provides a convenient and user-friendly experience for customers, allowing them to order food using their mobile phone or social media account. qMenu has received mixed reviews from users, with some praising its ease of use and affordability, while others have reported issues with delivery times, customer service, and technical glitches. qMenu has been accused of being a scam by some users and restaurant owners, who claim that the platform takes orders but fails to transmit them to the restaurants, resulting in charged but undelivered orders. However, the company denies these allegations and states that it is a legitimate platform that provides a convenient and affordable way for customers to order food from local restaurants. Despite these controversies, qMenu continues to operate and has a large user base, with many customers praising its user-friendly interface and variety of restaurant options.
