We have two locations, the taqueria & the restaurant both owned and operated by the Martinez Acevedo family, who emigrated from both the towns of Jalisco and Michoacán. The name CHAPALA was inspired by the largest freshwater lake in Mexico. Our food is "sazón para el corazón porque aquí todo se cocina con amor y purita pasión" which translates to "seasoning for the heart because everything here is made from the heart & with pure passion".
