From working two jobs as a local chef in the casinos of Reno, he was able to finally open his family business Fiesta Mexicana in 2003. Since then, Jose and Silvia dedicated their lives to serve delicious food to local customers and create a better life for their children. Fiesta Mexicana's mission is to provide an authentic Mexican dining experience where great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. The restaurant strives to create a place where families and friends can gather, celebrate, and enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine made with care.
